Honestly i was getting irritated with t-mobile and my bill, but then Brandon was a huge help. He was very patient and worked with me. I was paying the same thing with waaayyy less on my bill at t-mobile than i am now with at&t. You guys should ask for Brandon.

Went in because I've been having network problems. Brandon assisted me giving me multiple options and also checking my phone's network settings to verify that my device is updated. I appreciate that he took the time to sit with me and patiently explain my options; excellent customer service.

I moved from Moreno to Perris location in hopes of better service and man I got to say that GABE ,KIMY,LINDSEY. Every time I step in, they greet me with smiles, and I feel comfortable super super helpful here.
