As soon as I came in here to leave a review I could see how they already have 2 stars. There are helpful auto zones and there is this one. Every time my girlfriend has gone in to buy a light for the vehicles most other auto zones ask if she needs it installed. This one nobody asked her so she asked them if they could do it. The kid working told her to YouTube it. Now I don't expect them to install it but if I would of known they wouldn't (all of a sudden) I would of sent her to O'Rileys which is closer anyways. Guess we will be heading there from now on anyways. Or at least won't be going to the Perris auto zone off case.

This place is a joke. Made an online order to pick up from this store. When I ordered my gear oil online it said this AutoZone location had 3 in stock. Went to pick up my order to find out they only had one. The store associate asks the rude a** manager there what he should do and she offers to refund me my money. At this point I'm upset because I don't have the fluid I need to service my car. I then ask him if I was able to just pick it up at another store. He obviously didn't know his job very well so he went and asked the rude a** manager again. She says "I can't give him a half order, regardless I have to give him a refund" and gives a careless chuckle. She didn't even have the decency to come to me as the customer to explain the issue, or why it couldn't be done. Apparently she didn't know her job either, or have the true management skills needed to run this place. I see why they have a 2 star rating!Anyway, I didn't make a fuss about it as I can see that this was a clear case of discrimination from the store manager. I accepted the refund even though it takes a couple days to be deposited back into my account. Thank God it wasn't my last or I would have been a**ed out. I then went to the store on 4th st because they actually had 3 in stock like it said online. I told the Manager there the situation that occurred at Case rd. store and she immediately apologized. She informed me that it could have still be processed at the Case rd. store electronically and I could have went to pick it up at 4th street. She then apologized again and gave me a little discount on my purchase. I am only leaving this review because of how rude the manager was. I'm also putting it out there for people who may have a hard time financially and can't afford to get a refund that takes days to go back into your account. I would thinks these stores work together to make sure they achieve customer satisfaction. In this case, Case Road store 6163 DID NOT DO SO. I will never shop at this store (Case rd.) again and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The customer service sucks and its obviously because they don't have strong leaders in place to develop their teams. It was obvious to me that because of the way I looked I couldn't get the service or even the respect from the manager I would expect going into a retail store to purchase goods. This is very disappointing and I hope nobody else experiences this when simply going to buy parts for your car. I live close to this store so I will be updating this review with names. Thank you store 5570 for your assistance, attention to detail, and your great customer service!

Ruben was very personable and went above and beyond on even a small thing. You don't see this type of service much anymore. Thank you, six stars.

This store sucks. Been waiting in line for 15 minutes so far, one person working with two customers at the counter. I'm first in line, but this one employee is working on charging someone's battery, while we all watch. More employees would make better customer service. Sticking to O'Reilly's for now on. About to walk out

I came in today with a problem with one of the battery post in my Jeep and I just want to say thank you to Jorge.C for not just helping me get my problem fixed with that battery post which was which left me in the street on the side of the side of the road literally I had to grab a piece of wire and wrap it in order to get the truck started he saw the problem he knew what it was and he didn't just help me help me find the right parts that would go on my Jeep not only that but also how install it for me which I didn't know what the heck I was doing and so I just wanted to give him a thanks and this is if you if you need anything and you're in the Paris area, this AutoZone's a little further than the other ones but they help you here and they got the parts and the knowledge thank you

Noticed most people, myself included leaving because parts are not in stock and prices are too high. The only way I'm paying higher prices for parts is that I need them now. Drove to two stores that had a part in stock which they didn't.

There’s a long line and the counter people answer the phone when taking care of counter customers. They need an answering service. People are walking out because of the wait time.

Vehicle needed a new battery both employees tonight stated they could only sell the battery but not help with installing. When asked why both just looked at each other without being able to provide an answer. My opinion, lazy...where's the customer service? I'll call corporate in the morning along with Human Resources. I definitely want this matter looked into. I'll make sure someone looks into this. It's not the first time something like this happens. If I had the tools, I would do it myself...they wouldn't even do that. It's 6:49pm, nobody in the store.

It's an OK auto parts store. Their warehouse store is a little far if I have to order a part.
