Subject: AutoZone employee who assisted me.
I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from an AutoZone employee on Mother's Day. I came in needing help to retrieve a battery for an item I accidentally dropped in a hard-to-reach component under my driver seat. Without the necessary tool to retrieve it, I was feeling quite frustrated. I went to my local auto zone for help. I found an employee who name was Michael C and told him the situation. The employee was tremendously helpful, displaying excellent customer service and a fantastic attitude throughout the entire process.
Not only did he help me retrieve the item, but he also went above and beyond by assisting me in retrieving the dropped item. His dedication and willingness to assist a customer in need truly made my day. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and I wanted to highlight his professionalism and kindness.
Thank you for making my Mother's Day a bit easier and for providing such top-notch assistance. This experience has made me a loyal AutoZone customer!

I came here & it was closed before 10 pm the I called the store & the guy answered the phone talking about their system was down but he was counting his money ftim the register smh..

Today I needed a blinker light bulb changed. I purchased it here and Mike one of the employees helped me by changing it to my truck. It was a little tricky but he was so patient. Great person!

Mateo M. Is absolutely # 1 in customer service ??????? very knowledgeable about Auto Zone products, told me about the special air fresheners ?? I was only purchasing 1 and he informed me of the sale buy 2 for 6.00??? Mateo M. Installed my windshield wipers for me??⭐️ definitely 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Auto Zone has a rare gem ??????in Mateo M. Service with a smile, knowledge, skills, and dressed professional representing the company well⭐️??????❤️???. I went in today to look for a specific tools and Yesenia the commercial manager was very un helpful I told her the tool I need was not in stock she said to try another store instead of helping me locate what I needed she just said if it's not there we dont have it she could have at least checked her surrounding stores.after I asked if thats how un helpful there managers are she lied to me and told me she wasn't a manager.the store manager was great but bad customer service on her part

I went in today to buy a couple of batteries for my truck after having to have it jumped off at my hotel. I wanted them to install them because I am from out of town and had no tools with me. The young boy behind to the counter really didn't want it to install them, he spent 10 minutes looking for a missing socket and said I can't do it... I went to the tool section and picked up the needed socket. He stated we can't use those because it was new.... I said I would buy it so you can change them, and he responded well if you're just going to buy it , then you can do it yourself.... NO PIZZA FACE.... IT'S JUST A SOCKET.... I DONT HAVE ANY TOOLS......SO I THREW THE SOCKET DOWN AND LEFT. I DROVE A FEW BLOCKS TO THE NEXT AUTO ZONE WHERE THEY GLADLY HELPED....

Stopped in to get a new fuel cap. Took a while for customers to be serviced, but eventually got around. (No public restroom, so the wait was not ideal.)

This location is well stocked and I am able to find things throughout the store easily. For the most part the store is well maintained. The parking lot for this location is quite small. Just recently had a bad experience trying to get a battery under warranty replaced. I took my business elsewhere for that.
