I shop this Bath and Body Works specifically because it is not in a mall. It is close to where I work and go to church
I typically get good customer service. I am always greeted by an associate and given an opportunity to ask questions.
I don’t like the wall of merchandise blocking your entrance into the store. It seems like most retail stores stock their stores so full of merchandise, they forgot to make room for the customers to comfortably shop.
Encountering a wall of merchandise within a few feet of entering a store does not feel inviting, nor does it allow me to visually take in the store as I enter.
Maybe, this blockade of merchandise was meant to deter shop lifting as this seems to be a problem in the current deranged condition of our society.
If our current government didn’t have a “Let them eat cake,” attitude towards governing, maybe average citizens would be able to afford shopping.
Anyway, I shop here regularly, maybe too much as evidenced by the shelves in my bathroom, but other than the rude wall of merchandise I have to walk around just to enter the store, I usually have a pleasant shopping experience.

I have been going to my BBW store here in Perris and I am so grateful we have one close to home. I have a couple of complaints abt this particular store and that there is no customer interaction, no welcome in, no asking if you are looking for anything in particular?, or let me help you find something, nothing 😕 ! Another thing, when we Customers are shopping they are stocking right in front of us w/out saying excuse me, let me move out your way, nothing. Its rude and unprofessional to stock when Customers are trying to see/smell the product. BBW needs to train their associates w more structure and have them stock up when there is less customer traffic, other than that, I do appreciate the store is always clean and always has the testers out. The line goes by fast and some cashiers are pleasant.

Customer service is terrible here. If you need help dont bother asking because they get annoyed and give attitude. Employees are always talking amongst each other rather then helping people. Management must not care at all. I stopped going there

A little irritated this morning as the website says 10:00am opening, aswell as sign on door. We are here waiting and it is closed. Several people have pulled up and walked up to a closed door that clearly is advertising it’s open. It’s a bummer when u have your morning planned and this happens.

Every time I go there, I am either completely ignored or looked as if I am stealing from them. Well today was the final straw for me. The employees were chatting amongst themselves and then when they did finally help us customers, the first customer happened to be an off duty employee and took forever. The off duty employee realized after the associate rang up all her 15 items that they had not activated the 2x rewards so they had to cancel the order and start the transaction all over.
What should have been an in and out transaction (Pick up), ended up taking me almost 30 mins.

They don't open when they say they do. Employees are super rude ..rather go out of my way to other locations this one's full of Employees that have no class or respect

Have shopped here twice recently. First time I was one of only two costumers in the store and the two employees at the registers never acknowledged me at all, so I left after about five minutes. The second time, the employees acted annoyed when I asked questions and even quoted my the wrong price on an item that I almost didn't buy because of it. Never coming to the Perris store again. I'll drive out of my way to the Lake Elsinore outlet store where I've always had a great shopping experience.

I placed an online order this morning for the disney princess drop. It was supposed to be completed within 2hrs tops. Around 1 i went into the store to get an update hoping it would be complete only to find out that the employees completely ignored every single online order. They allowed all the stupid Resellers to go in and buy as much of the items that they wanted while ignoring the people who actually want to use the products. This was beyond disappointing.

Not many choices and the salesperson went to look in the back for a fragrance and never returned. I won't be back, I will be going to the mall in Moreno Valley from now on.
