Don't book at the beauty bar here my eyebrows are completely ruined The lady made them do uneven I don't even know what she was attempting to do she took off so much here from one side of my brow that when I map them they are completely opposite of each other My brows are not the same but they have NEVER been this bad. I'm so embarrassed to go out in to fix them I have to make them extremely thick to make them appear similar it's embarrassing

I've never been to this location since it opened in Perris but I got a gift card for my birthday and needed to go in store to match my foundation. Long story short, I have no intentions of ever going again. It is extremely tacky for an employee to yell another employee's name across the store several times. On top of this, this female employee and another female employee was doing something on the phone (idk let's hope they were working & handling an order), both looked at me twice, continued what they were doing and didn't bother asking if I needed anything. Thanks to the male employee who did check in with me. The line management also didn't make sense to me with so many employees in the store and such a slow line.

I don't remember if the lady that helped me was Misha or Michelle. But I walked in 30 minutes before closing and she greeted me at the door and was just really great help. She was so patient with me and help me find the things I was looking for. She even helped color match me. I have a skin tone that not a lot of companies make but she helped me find the perfect shade that looked absolutely flawless on me. Definitely coming back to get my wedding makeup done.

Horrible customer service. The worst Ulta location by far, all the workers seem so inconvenienced by customers, there conversations are way more important so they'll make you wait until they're done.

I drove from Menifee to Perris looking for sold out products and I had the most welcoming individual great me at the door, Dallilah. Dallilah had such an amazing personality, bubbly and very knowledgeable about lip products and perfumes. She was just happy to help and you can tell she loves her job! She makes sure that customers leave satisfied. Thank you so much Dallilah for helping me find the perfect buxom lip gloss and explaining the popular go-to perfumes. I will definitely commute again if she's in store. I hope I spelt your name right too :-)

To start off, this location has always been understaffed in my opinion. Every time I come and need assistance with the high end brands, I'm left waiting more than 20min. I'm currently going on 30min and still nothing. I've made it aware more than once that I'm still waiting. It's unfortunate that this is always my experience but the only reason I come here is solely because it's so close to my home. I'm willing to travel to other locations just so that I can have a nice experience and be helped properly without having the feeling of " hurry up and go "

Very poor customer service management is a disgrace security guard who follows you around if you're black and leaves everyone else in the store to steal and take whatever they want because he's looking at me and my daughter and by the way we always end up spending $200 are more. Needless to say, I will not go back to this store. Don't go to this store if you're black

Just had my hair done by Kochi he did a amazing job! I had dyed my hair at home and it came out to dark and the color was uneven Kochi put some highlights and toner in and it looks so much better highly recommend him!

I needed help finding an item. Online it said they had it in stock. When I asked the employee for help she showed me where I would find it but it wasn't there. I told her it said it was in stock but she claimed they didn't have it. She didn't even check the back. I got frustrated and ended up placing a pick up order because that was going to force the employees to look for my item. Of course I got a notification about half an hour later saying that my order was ready for pick up. It wasn't a good experience and I had to come back to pick up my order all because I wasn't really helped the first time.

Lan Lan was amazing. She did my brows and took her time and totally transformed them. She is so sweet and she literally knows how to do brows. I've been to other ULTAs before and trust me not everyone can do brows. Lan Lan is so friendly and she makes u feel relaxed and takes her time and does ur brows exactly how u want them. I only went to her once and that's how happy I am. I will definitely go to her from now on!!
