I recently transferred from Verizon to Cricket to save some money and Kimberly, Amy and Paola made the entire process smooth and stress free. These girls were incredibly friendly patient and helpful from start to finish.
The team walked me through every step explained all my options clearly and made sure I got the best deals for my lines. Their professionalism and great attitude really stood out.

The environment is so friendly and welcoming. The Cricket Worker Aleksy was so nice and helpful with me figure out the data plan for me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to get the best data plan for an affordable price.👍

Bad service lady here mentioned she was ordering private screen protectors mentioned to come in a couple of days for them waited for 1 months so I would just go in and buy them and she said she will order them again which that was a lie came out from the back and started laughing saying I do not have those ..your apologies don't mean anything the action was done already if the employees you hired don't want to do their job hire someone that does like to do their job to satisfy your customers

I honestly hated my experience there. I’ve been going almost every month to pay my bill and for the past 8 or 9 months. I’ve been dreading going I only go because we thought we would see the girl with short hair who had blue and purple hair I believe her name was Marissa or Maritza. She was an amazing help she help me and my family get our phone. Don’t get me wrong the manager is great but only when she feels okay or if she’s in the mood.
