We came in today and were greeted by Julissa. She helped us find the right phone and was very upfront with final cost(s). She was very friendly and helpful and gave wonderful customer service. I highly recommend her. We are very satisfied, she even transferred phone info to the new phone and did the full setup. She handed us the phone fully functioning! (YAY) :)))

Got a phone from cricket and told everything was included,I have been trying to get caller ID and didn't get it,I went back asked about caller ID and was told that I would have to upgrade so, I did and still no caller ID. I will be looking for an other mobile Carrier that would be honest and trustworthy to it's customers!!
