I got a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. Instead of pushing back my cuticles, they CUT them off. I was bleeding in 3 places and had pain in my fingers and toes for a week. There was a thick ridge and a sticky substance under my nails that I had to dig and cut off. I eventually went to Famous Nails in the same complex to get it fixed.

I went last Saturday to get gel mani and pedi. Don did my nails. Two days later one chipped, then three more chipped the next day. There are a few ladies there who do them correctly. Van and Terry are good, but good luck making appointment with them. Looking for another location.

Absolutely terrible quality. I came here for hard gel and a pedicure. They damaged my nails. My nails were over filed and became extremely thin and caused severe damage to my nail bed. My nails broke after the second day, I am so disappointed in the quality of this service. I believe the nail tech’s name was Don. I will not be coming here again. Avoid this place!

Some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do horrible nose and will charge you an arm and a leg for work. That is unacceptable. They are not willing to fix. It. Will be rude and give you an attitude with strongly say to not come to this nail shop

Used to come here a lot growing up and went back and was terrible service . The lady who did my nails was nice but was very aggressive and my nails and finger tips hurt so much today and I got them done yesterday. I asked for the design to be fixed and she seemed annoyed fixing it, and she still left them messy. Never going back.
