Security gate ? The lady walked off the job. Her instructions were wrong. Very slow. Once inside people were awesome. Trying to leave was not possible . The security lady left. Eventually others rescued us. We were trapped .

It's worth knowing that odd-numbered docks are on the East side of the building, and even-numbered ones are on the West side. For those of you in Rio Linda, the West side is the getting hot in the full sun of an afternoon. Glad mine was on the shady east side.

Don’t arrive before your appointment. I had a 3pm pickup and showed up just after 1:00. They turned me away. Told me can’t come back until 3:00. So off to a bad start for me but things did get better upon return. There are two truck lanes, so don’t be afraid to use the right side, they use vacuum tube system to send and receive paperwork. Grab canister out of clear box and fill out small paper with pickup# and put your CDL in with it. Put canister back in box blue end down close door and push send button. Office will send back dock door assignment and instruction sheet. It’s easy to follow and docks have lots of room so don’t worry if this is your 1st time visiting. After you get green light return to exit lanes and send papers in vacuum canister just like before. Office will send back papers to sign. Send it back and they will send your bills ready to go.The process can be a bit long but the good part is you can stay in truck the whole time. Other drivers that don’t understand the whole process of checkin and checkout slow things down a lot, but try to be patient. Hope this helps someone.

The place is easy, nice and big. Bad part is no communication and the horrific time it takes just to check in or out. I've been here an hr at gate waiting to check in. Only 1 truck was in front of me. Pretty sad system

The staff inside the building just sit there and stare at you but don't let you in or out they take their sweet time because you can't talk to them they stay behind the closed windows and doors

Good Place to Pick up, Terrible Check in System,Nobody Here Comes out to talk to you, You need to use the Tube system for check in, Open the tube and grab the piece of paper in it Then write your pickup number and send it back along with your ID, by closing the door and holding down the button.It took me a minute to find out, you have to put the tube upside down or it wont work, then they send you a paper to sign Twice and that's it. go to Assigned Door to get Loaded and you will find a paper in the back of the trailer , check out is the same thing,Put your paper inside the tube, then they will send you back another paper to sign and send back , then you get your Load paperwork and your good to go. It would be faster if you can just Check in at the office but they don't want to talk to you.

I have no idea why anyone gives this place a bad review. The whole building runs like clockwork. Shipping, receiving, assembly, and production work to keep product palletized, labeled, and shipped in an orderly fashion. Radio says "Live load", and the trucks loaded and leaving within a short time. Don't write a bad review about a business when you don't know what's happening behind the scenes.

PREPARE TO WAIT!!! I don’t care if you ARE a drop and hook, you’re going to be doing a good bit of waiting! I can only imagine how long a live load takes…2 HOURS for a dedicated drop and hook??? HUH!?!? 3/4 of that time was spent waiting at the gates! It would be one thing if it was a long line but as you can see, there was not…you better come with a full clock and some snacks!

The waiting time tk the entrance takes time but after that in and out really fast all the paper work is done in a tube like the banks
