I went to home depot this morning looking for a very large plantter and as I was lifting the plantter to dump trash and bugs out of it two male employees was pushing two grills coming towards me and I had to get out of their way and they ad to see me struggling with the plantter trying to get out their way. They just past by and never ask me did I need help. Then I went to get the soil they past by me again and as I was struggling to pick up the soil they didn't ask if I needed help. I went to pay for the item's and just so happen they past by me again but this time I was able to get one of their name and his name was Josh . I'm sure if home depot was on point with their employees they can run their cameras back and see all of this. Time stamp date 6/4/24 at 8:53am.

Cashiers stand around when needed and don't help long lines. Always lacking in inventory. Go anywhere else but here.

They shut down self-checkout then failed to add more cashier’s when I asked them. People stuck in lines forever. 3 staff couldn’t figure out how to make a coupon work for the people in front ?♂️

I Love coming here for DIY projects. However, on my most recent visit I was waiting for some help in the lumber area when I saw a skinny young man who worked there with red gloves on his side pocket. He made eye contact and completely went the other way. He later was walking up and down the isles pretending to be on his scanner and kept avoiding customers. One of the workers was able to get him to help with flagging a lift but soon after went on to skating his way through his shift.

Rich people (who actually have power int heri hands to make things better or worse for all of the society) who stop caring bring in totalitarianism/monopoly.....always.
Even though I'm an Amazon Prime member I try to diverse my purchases between different source as I don't want to contribute to creating of monopoly.
However seeing how Home Depot corporate doesn't give a ? about their online system being in sync with inventory at the store I have no choice but to buy items on Amazon instead.
I would really hate to see brink and mortar stores close down....but it's inevitable if corporations won't start caring about both their employees and their customers.
As a survivor of a communist regime I plead with the rich: Please start to care when your system doesn't work right. Don't constantly look down at your workers and your customers who are left to fix glitches that is your direct responsibility to eliminate.
It's very easy to lose what you have when you stop caring.

No, the lady who was at the gardening box, very kind, told me precisely where the product I was looking for was. Workers like her should reward and motivate them so that you have a better service and more people want to visit your branch.

Hope you dont ever need to call this store. Ive got nothing but the run around. They were short on a product i ordered, so they called to tell me they would refund me for the 1 item they didnt have available, but canceled my whole $1800+ order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When i called back to figure out whats going on, they transfered me to someone to reschedule the delivery, so the phone rings and rings, finally a guy answers with a crass "hello", so i tell him i was transfered to him to reschedule, he says, "well im with a customer, so you'll have to wait!" Rude. So i call back and ask speak to a manager to get it straightened out, a different guy answered and when i asked for a manager, he says "sure let me get one for you" and hangs up. Super unprofessional all around at this store. Im just trying to find out why my delivery for yesterday was completely canceled. I'll never do business at this location again. Had to call the national number just to get a customer service rep who was nice and able to help. Buyer beware at this store!

Winnie was amazing! She has really good customer service and got straight to the point on what we were looking for! She was amazing, we need more workers like Winnie on the sales floor !!

Great store. Good employees
