They opened at 8am and made it a quick visit for an oil change. There waiting room needs attention and I’m sure they didn’t mean to provide us with a sticky floor.

I am very happy with the service I received while at Jiffy Lube. The staff was very polite, informed me of everything they did with my car, and quickly finished the oil change. I will be returning in 3000 miles.

I have no issues with the service of my vehicle. The issue I have is with the misleading (lying) quote for the price for the service. I called jiffy lube and requested a quote for service and gave specific info as requested for my vehicle. I was quoted 99 dlrs plus tax for my specific vehicle's needs. I made an appt and when I arrived my vehicle was serviced promptly. Once done I checked out. to my surprize i was charged 136 dlrs plus tax. I questioned this and I was given the excuse that my vehicle required additional costs. I explained that at the time of my quote request and making the appt I gave specific info as requested by jiffy lube. I was not told of additional costs for my vehicle and this should have been told to me up front, before my vehicle was serviced. I think this is fraud and lying to customers about quotes is a malpractice and dubious business practices. I will not be coming back to jiffy lube again.
