Joe's Express Smog offers quick and proficient service, often with no appointment needed. The owner is friendly, polite, honest, and professional, speaking both English and Spanish. The shop operates with fair and reasonable fees. Service is consistently great and welcoming, resulting in satisfied customers. The location is often crowded, as only one car is serviced at a time, but the work is done at a decent and quick pace. Many customers highly recommend this shop.
