The service was stellar. My brother took my mom to switch from the old company to T-Mobile on her birthday and the rep was awesome. She explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. It was a great interaction.

Jesus was a huge help in helping us pick the right phone for my daughter. She had broke it and was very stressed about get her pictures and some other things she had on her broken phone. He was caring, friendly and assisted us in retrieving her pictures and things she was worried about. Also he helped me get the best plan by based on the lines I have. Thank you Jesus!!

Terrible service, they lie to your face, they make you buy all the accessories without telling you if you want them, they sold me an accessory for $50??? They told me it was free but they had included it in the total!!! The people in this store are not sincere, they steal from you, I will never go to this store again, it is the worst!!

Horrible experience and customer service. They took advantage of my grandparents and ripped them off for $120. They had them sign up for a service they cannot use and refused to issue a refund the same day. They had them sign paperwork without explaining it knowing that my grandfather could not read what he was signing. It seems to me like these cheap companies like to take advantage of elderly non English speaking clientele. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude and yelling on the phone, very unprofessional. I don’t see how she is capable of managing a branch if she is incapable of having a decent conversation without getting loud. She even said “call corporate because I’m not going to help you.” I will never recommend this place and deter any friends or family members from ever using due to the unprofessional experience we had. They were so rude to my grandpa that he started to feel ill and lightheaded. Never again!

Horrible experience! I got charged for items I didn't even ask for or want!! ? I agree with the 2 previous reviewers because that's exactly what happened to me. They tell you a glass and protection (which means tempered glass and phone case btw) are included and then they charge you for both separate items, almost totaling $60!! I wish I would've read these reviews before choosing to go here, I really do bc now I've spent so much time driving and calling for fighting something that shouldn't have happened to begin with by its very own store manager!I had never given a review until today and this has been such a bad experience that I just had to do it!

They are trying to get as much money from you as possible. Went in for an upgrade and they told us we were going to get a free phone case with the phone and ended up charging $53 for the case. Also charged $20 for the screen protector that was not mentioned.

Horrible service, the worker called Ailine attends with a terrible attitude I went to activate two lines with her and buy 2 new phones and without asking me she put screen protectors and I charge them I did not realize it until I received the receipt at my house And I noticed ... Although I had already asked him why he charged me and he had told me that for the activation and the taxes but I never mentioned the protectors.
