Their service center sucks I waited online for an hour. They need to do better. Walmart sucks in Perris. I'd rather rip out my eyes than go there. Only had to do a return and it it was nonsense saying only certain ppl are qualified for the job. Wow didn't know you needed a brain to work here.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Photo center lets their phone ring for more than 20 rings. I called back pressed the option for the operator again the phone rang for more than 20 rings. You all want to be making big money why when you are all lazy can't provide good customer service to your customers!!!!

The worst Hispanic young girls with attitude work here !!! I asked a simple question and her response was " I'm here now" with attitude, maybe her overweight issues are cause for her attitude... it's never been a good experience here....

Very rude manager!! I was here trying to look at plastic containers like storage bins And I Needed a certain size The only one they had was missing a lid. All of the tubs or containers are miss smart I thought this one was $10 so I brought it to the front and asked if I could get a discount because they didn't have any lids. The cashier was very nice called over the I would assume Superviser or Manager And ask if there was any lids and if I could get a discount. The manager said yeah, give them 10% off and if that's not OK then he doesn't need to buy it. I proceeded to tell him he didn't need to be rude. All of his items are mismarked and price wrong anyways, this Ben said it was $10 and it's 30 bucks without a lid and then we went back-and-forth for a couple minutes. Would not have bought it for $29 with a lid. I grabbed it because I thought it was $10. Per Amozon policy I could've got the item for the $10 but after the manager was rude to me I didn't even wanna deal with them, it was also a stack of tin of these in the same spot marked for $10 so maybe I'll go back tomorrow and buy them all for $10 without lids. that's what I'll do all the Manager had to say was go ahead and give him 10% off. He did not need to add the extra to be a jerk for no reason., I just spent over $2000 here yesterday I just moved to the area and filling up a two-story house. I'll make sure just to order everything else on Amazon from now on. I try not to do that to keep companies in business.. I know nothing will come from this because a big corporation and they do not care how they treat the customer shame on you Walmart you're a Christian owned company you don't sell CDs with curse words in it but you're rude to customers were trying to spend money

Emma at the door is rude does not know how to do her job in a professional manner, no customer wants to be embarrassed at the door then have to follow her so she can then embarrass the cashier because she made a mistake on a water refill , there's a way to fix the issue without making such a spectacle , is that her job? to humiliate people ? Nobody wants to travel to Mo Val or Menifee to shop else where but this is why they do .. it's already messy to shop there nobody wants a messy exit also ...

I had to do money gram at Walmart Perris, CA. I stood in line 40 minutes because they only had 1 person working customer service which was ridiculous with about 20 people standing in line waiting. I asked for a manager however no one came over. Once I got to the counter the person waiting on me had the worst cold and cough.

Negative stars need to be a thing for this location. If you enjoy cruel and unusual punishment, THIS Walmart is the location for you. The lines are usually backed up into the aisles, the workers at check out move PAINFULLY slow, and the associates on the floor are awfully unhelpful. I needed help at the men's underwear section because everything is locked up. I pressed the help button, waited 10 minutes, and pressed it again. No one showed. I kept pressing the button for about 10 more minutes, and no one came. Finally, I went looking for help. The associate I found, who seemed like a manager, told me, "You'll need to find someone in the fitting room department because they have keys." So, I walked my happy a** over there. When I arrived, I saw 3 older associates gossiping about some other associate. I waited to be acknowledged, and they kept on with their conversation, so I said, "Excuse me, will someone help me with men's underwear?" The associates said,"Yea, I'll be right there, "and turned back to her conversation. I waited until she was finished gossiping before I walked to the aisle because who knows how long she would've let me wait had I not been in her sight. I'm sure there are good associates at this Walmart, but every time I've visited, which is often, I run into slow, helpless, useless employees.

Their order pickup process is broken, disorganized, and is not getting the job done. After checking in for pickup on the app, I waited for 45 minutes and had to leave to pick up my kids from daycare otherwise they would charge me $15 for being late. I waited 45 minutes at the pickup area, drove 30 minutes to get their, and still did not get my one pickup l item.... Their process was terrible. Many people were waiting 30+ minutes and so they were leaving. When people left the Walmart people just had full carts of stuff walking around the parking lot looking for the customer's car, when the customer had already left. That cycle alone wasted manpower and slowed the process. Never ever again will I do Walmart Pickup.

I ordered two items from curbside and it's been a hour since I got here and they never answer the phone if I would have ordered from the walmart in Moreno Valley I would have my order in 5 minutes or less and they always answer the phone for curbside pickup I ordered from this walmart because I live in perris but it's not worth it I could have went to the walmart off Moreno Beach and been back home by now

Went to get prescription filled for our dog. They did not have medicine in stock. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get it filled. The pharmacy area was very congested & had a hard time finding what we needed. The only employee in that are was too busy talking with a relative or family friend.

Came to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 2. I showed up at 6pm right after work. Checked in at 6. Cars coming after me left before me. Didn't get my order until 645. What's really disappointing is the same attendant bring out other orders passed by me 5 times and didn't even bother to at least check if I was being assisted.

I like that they are close to me and I'm able to do curbside pick up. I honestly don't shop too much inside but always enjoy the grocery pick up. The employees are always nice.

Placed a pickup order yesterday at 11:00 am.. said it will be ready at 2:15 pm.. here we are next day at 10:35 Pm and it's still "preparing" Yikes. It was for 7 items..

Pretty much found everything I was searching for a while in SD, then all the sudden appeared right in front of me with these impromptu trips to Walmart during work travel, the only thing I didn't like about the place was the employees they' didn't want to help me, I asked them to scan items for stock and they refused blaming the system didn't update properly, again not all the employees were knowledgeable so I decided to do it myself, I found so many items hidden on the top shelves so one and only helpful employee was the lady who took her time to get a ladder and gave me the stuffs that I needed
