MSR Automotive, led by mechanic Mark, is highly regarded for his honesty and capability in the automotive industry. Customers have praised his transparent communication, providing detailed explanations of necessary repairs. Specifically, he accurately diagnosed a brake issue, only recommending replacement for the back brakes which were thin and had no pressure, and fixing a leaking cylinder. His prices are competitive, and the service is fast with a comfortable waiting room. Overall, MSR Automotive is a great choice for those seeking an honest and professional mechanic.
