I can’t say enough great things about Nuevo Pharmacy and Dr. Michael and his amazing staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Michael truly goes above and beyond to ensure every patient gets the care they need, taking the time to answer questions and provide detailed explanations.
The staff is always friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s filling prescriptions quickly, helping navigate insurance issues, or simply offering a warm and welcoming environment, they excel in every way.

Ive been to a lot of pharmacy's in my life. For example CVS and the ones at the hospitals. Nuevo pharmacy was a new experience! They were super Communicated. Very friendly environment, I felt like they cared about my general health! Very clean environment! I would highly recommend! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

We have been using Nuevo pharmacy for couple of years and we absolutely love their service. We live in Moreno Valley and they deliver our medications to our home. Great friendly staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior patient care.

100% recommended. The service is above and beyond; SUPERB! The staff is super friendly and personable. They are excellent at reaching out to their customers and informing them when prescriptions are ready. If you have any questions, their pharmacist is knowledgeable and very thorough. He made it simple and easy for me to understand any precautions and/or side effects my medication may cause. I’ve gone to other pharmacies in the past, and no one had ever made me feel like they cared. Nuevo Pharmacy staff is #1 on showing GENUINE interest in their customers. Thank you, Nuevo Pharmacy!!!

Been going there to pick up my prescription that I’ve waited one month and two weeks for and what do they do? They say they don’t have it even though they previously confirmed to me through call. This is the second time they’ve done this to me. After I left they had the nerve to call me again and ask if I could wait once more. Then after they told me they could give me my prescription today again.

Love it because they don't make you wait over 40 min like other pharmacies. Your wait time is between 0-10 min. Once your doctor sends them your prescription, they send you a text to let you know is ready for pick up. They usually have all the medicines..

The pharmacy always has medicine ready as soon as I leave from my doctor visits unlike other pharmacies having to wait 1-5 hours I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone,Pharmacist is real nice and friendly
