I have seen many issues at this childcare/preschool facility My children are in the preschool and after school program my youngest child has an amazing teacher She has really changed the class since the last teacher.my child comes home singing and telling us what she has learned and is excited to go every morning .I do have some concerns my with my oldest daughter's class She complains that there is no homework time and they always have to eat outside and it's cold .she says teachers don't want a mess inside and are always on the phone .I will soon no longer need this facility so I wanted to leave a review and voice my opinion. The staff in the front is great ,And the preschool teacher is amazing with kids and really wants them to learn .but the after school teachers don't have a clue on what their doing ,my child use to love to go before they changed teachers now she hates it .But if your looking for a facility that will be a fit financially wise they do have programs to help parents who don't have a choice but choose KinderCare But they need to choose more caring teachers .I was blessed to be able to have this program to help me through my journey.I hope this helps parents ConcernedParent

My experience with this location has been so terrible and I would not recommend this type of care to anyone. When I first toured this place I was underwhelmed because the location is sketchy and the facility is outdated but as a desperate, single mother with limited help, I needed care and this was the closest and only option at the time. There is a security guard but you can catch him on his phone or conversing with the staff. His presence never made me feel safe and I would feel uncomfortable when he picked up little children. I had two children enrolled at this center in Preschool & Toddler classroom. At the beginning everyone was super nice & welcoming, there were few red flags I overlooked that I regret now. The Director, Tara and Assistant Director, Lanetta changed their decorum towards me & my children when I questioned the attendance of my oldest son in his cooking class and billing since it is extra $20 and he was not participating. Since my children's attendance here they have had an increase in maladaptive behaviors especially the youngest one, which ultimately lead to Lanetta giving me a two week notice on Monday 01/23. I spoke to Tara the next day on Tuesday 01/24. While I was waiting to speak to Tara & conversing with other teachers, Lanetta was on the phone telling her to wait outside until I left and she thought I couldn't hear her. Tara ended up walking in a little while after her child walked in that also attends the center. Tara agreed to work with me & my children & came up with ideas we could try to keep them there, the last thing she said to me was "don't worry." She was hesitant to give me a written plan or put anything on paper, she dismissed the idea of three strikes or 30 day probation. I pointed out I was confused why my oldest son was also getting a two week notice because he has never been sent home before for behavior.. The next day (Wednesday 01/25) he was sent home and as I was walking to his classroom I overheard Tara talking to the security guard about my oldest child. Thursday (01/26) I was called in to pick up my youngest son early and was given a same day notice to stop care for both by Lanetta. Tara didn't even have the decency to talk to me or tell me she was not going to do anything she said she was while she was in the office. I was very emotional because I felt my kids were unwanted and as a single parent that's especially hurtful and also I had work the next day. The teachers are nice and I don't have anything negative to say about them & I really do think they try their best. However, my youngest son didn't even want to get near his teachers to say goodbye and my oldest son's teacher were confused it was his last day. Ms. Monica even said "I'll take care of him." My oldest son has asthma & when I asked for his medication, he was never administered his inhaler in the 4 months he was there, not once when he takes it daily. Then it dawned on me, I was really crying for care from a place that is unqualified, unprofessional, deceitful, and put my children's & my livelihood in question. This place doesn't care about children or parents. You're just another number. If you're an unsure parent reading this, trust your intuition. This place is not it.

If your looking for a good day care this is the WRONG PLACE. They neglect, make children feel unwanted and if you speak up about an issue they start to treat you and your children differently! PLEASE IF YOU LOVE AND CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! They're unprofessional, dirty and need some upgrading done to their facility. I'd literally give them 0 stars if I could.

I lost my job in a law firm in 2021 as a result of COVID-19. My 2 year old went from a prestigious Temecula Montessori school to Kinder Care in Perris. Huge change!!! However I met new director, Tara and every time I voice a concern she always puts me at ease. I saw Ms. Lanetta, transform as my daughters teacher, to now new assistant director. She is dedicated to her job, dedicated to the children, will call out a parent if we're late lol (I needed that) and is great with children. I also observe that they follow California childcare licensing to a tee which is also a very good thing. If I have a negative thing to say, is there is a high employee turnover rate, but what can you do when employees don't want to work, this is a frequent issue i have come across at other daycares as well. Also the surrounding area is not so great but the facility has security personnel and the building is very secure. Almost a year later that my daughter is at Perris KinderCare and I am happy with this placement for my daughter. I recommend this daycare facility.

Not sure why this place only has 3 stars because the moment we took the tour we fell in love!Hubby and I were extremely fearful about exposing our children (born/thriving in quarantine) to a public daycare. They had several protocols in place to keep the children, staff and families safe from both COVID and strangers, which was a HUGE relief! The schedule is more like 6:30-5:30 so they can clean. Our children have been thriving at this school. Many of the teachers (ie Ms. Lanetta, Ms. Marta, Ms. Makayla, Ms. Kiesha, Ms. Rosie) genuinely love the children. We feel that our children are being very well taken care of. I can only hope the new influx of teachers will continue to love the children as much as 'veterans' do!I do wish they would wipe the 3-4 year old butts better, but I understand that it's not really their policy with those who are already potty trained. Teaching our LO to wipe his own bottom for everyone's sake, including mine lol!

We have been going to this KinderCare for almost 3 years now and I have to say I am extremly happy with this daycare. I have 3 children that go here and they always come home happy and telling me what a good day they had. I have two children in the school age program and I toddler. My toddler is always very happy to come to daycare. He always has a smile on his face and to me that is most important cause he is not on full talking terms yet so it reasures me that he is being treated good, just because he is always so happy to come. I love thid daycare. Deffenitly recommend it.

I really love this daycare, my little ones call it school because how they teach them each day. They are all about learning, pretty much in line with Montessori style and that is what made me choose them. They are very accommodating with changing schedules.

I honestly can say KinderCare has been the best option for me and my family. I love the fact that they listen to all the request that you make regarding your child. The app is also very reassuring. At the end of the day communication is key to anything successful, so if you communicate with the staff and tell them how you feel and about your issue, they will always 100% fix the issue or at least be close. No one is perfect. I will be using KinderCare for as long as my 3 kids need it. Thank you KinderCare for allowing me to work! Me and my family appreciate you all, especially Ms. Lynetta and Ms. Martha. You guys are amazing!

Anyone else have problems with bullying here? I mean with the kids and TEACHERS. I have a nephew crying so much this morning begging not to go to daycare because two boys are bullying him. I mean who watches these kids? This shouldn't happen right if they are being watched. Not to mention a few weeks ago he mention the teachers were being bully's as well. They need a new day care in perris.

kindercare in perris is excellent!! The director is always friendly and so is the staff. The rooms are always up to part I would advise paying the teachers more so there isn’t a constant turn over in the classrooms. Other then that great job improving such an old facility!!
