The young lady who helped me with my rental was extremely patient. We had to get a moving truck quickly, and it had become a very stressful situation. She was thoughtful and very efficient. My wife and I are grateful for her.

Love the service … the girl at front desk was great… very helpful and gave me great suggestions on what to rent she was awesome .. Amazing customer service. No run around & Straight to the point. Prices are unbeatable. Hours posted outside of gate so you know when services are available. Overall an amazing business.

Their hours they advertise is false their gates are open when they feel like being opened if they go to the store or somewhere they lock the gate behind them. The units are not kept up with spiders roaches and bugs are easily able to get into your unit or already inside. It was very frustrating trying to come and drop more things off because of their hours so definitely don't rent a U-Haul unless for sure they're here. I ended up moving in on an 18th and moved out the following month on the eighth was not worth my money.

Was inexpensive but they raised their prices and now they aren't worth it for all the issues I have with this place. Main issue is that they aren't open when they say they are and they close too early and not open Sunday. All gates remained locked so you have to ask if they can unlock the ate required to get to your unit and they can lock up all gates if they need to leave for anything so if you travel to the units and theyre closed, youll have to wait until they arrive back which can take time wasting your time. They aren't that greatly sealed so spiders/other bugs and lots of dirt/dust comes inside the unit. Can't imagine what happens when it rains.

The owner is honest and let you know the pros and cons about his business. I think it is the cheapest place in perris, always work great deals for all budgets, dont expect a fancy place, its really just to store your stuff away.
