Me and my husband recently went to look for a car and it was the best experience in any dealer we have ever been to. Everyone is so helpful and really nice, Axel was great ! He made sure he got us what we were looking for. Got us in and out in a matter for moments. Made us feel welcome and was always checking in to make sure everything went well! Forgot to mention always gave us a good laugh & felt like home. We Really liked him, as well anyone that assisted us. The managers, and Micheal from finance! He really made sure the contract and everything was very understandable! We differently recommend coming here for future purchases.

I recently bought a used car at Perris Valley Auto Center and had a great experience working with Brandon. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Brandon took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and never once pressured me into making a decision. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling confident with my purchase. Rocky was amazing ! Not only did I get the price I wanted for my dream Jeep! They were so accommodating in getting exactly what I asked for a jeep gladiator with a note that I found affordable for my budget. Rocky showed me the cars walked me through financing and picked me up with my son to receive my car. “They treated us like we were famous “ my 11 year old son described the processes as this. We’re grateful thank you Rocky k can wait to send my friend your way so we can have matching jeeps lol Rocky will explain everything about the car buying process and help you to feel comfortable though out the entire process

Silence. That was their answer. Not the meditative, zen-like kind—but the hollow, indifferent silence of a business so estranged from customer service that it could ghost a séance. Their phone tree loops with the enthusiasm of a DMV nightmare, each robotic repetition reminding you that your soul—and your call—is being recorded for the express purpose of never being heard.
If, by some cosmic accident, you do reach a living human being, consider yourself chosen by the fates. Post about it. Sing songs. Etch it in stone. Because I, a willing customer, armed with money and good intent, was ignored so thoroughly I began to question my own existence.
They must be rolling in gold-plated indifference, because I tried to give them money. Tried, like a pilgrim on a doomed quest. In the end, I took my business—and my dignity—elsewhere, where they understood that “customer service” is not a cryptid.
May this review haunt them like the ghost of opportunities wasted, echoing through their Yelp pages and whispered by HR reps in nervous meetings for years to come. May their great-grandchildren flinch every time they hear a dial tone.

Adam keeps calling me every day to sell me a car, even though I clearly told him I’m not interested.
I repeated myself several times, but he still insists. Today, he even hung up on me after I said no again.
This is annoying and unprofessional. I do not recommend dealing with him.
