Missed an appointment but got a text to upload information never got another call despite my efforts of calling almost every week never had this problem at another office horrible going on 3 months with no services from them

I call and call and they put me on hold and minutes later they hang up on me

I applied for WIC during Covid. The ladies I talked to were very nice and answered all my questions. They made applying for WIC a breeze! I appreciate all of their help especially when everything was online and over the phone.
