I recently visited Pieology in Perris, CA, my home location, and I wanted to share my experience after three different visits. On two out of those three visits, the store manager, a young black woman, was present. Typically, when the manager is on duty, you'd expect better customer service, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. The one time she wasn't present, I was assisted by a young black man who handled my order, online orders, and the consistent line much better than when the manager was around. It felt like a hostile environment when she was there.During my most recent visit this October, the manager started my order quickly, and I appreciated the efficiency. However, as I was waiting for her to roll out the dough, she began speaking to a couple of her employees about tasks she needed them to complete. When one of them mentioned a different employee who could assist, her words were rather harsh, saying that the other employee was "good for nothing."This behavior and atmosphere during the manager's shifts have left a negative impression on my visits to Pieology. I hope to see improved customer service and a more positive environment in the future.

terrible pizza for what I paid for it was a delivery and I ordered it on line. Once it arrived we’re happy to start eating. But as soon as got the first bite I got this bad burned flavor that was terrible. I ordered 3 pizzas and all were over cooked and burned. So I decided to call but of course no one answered, and it goes straight to a voicemail, which sounds like a cell phone number unprofessional. Send a email and no response from the company. Poor service, poor customer service.

My husband and I were there for the first time and the food was okay, my husband's pizza was burnt. However, let's talk about the girl that seems to be the supervisor/manager the way she was talking to the rest of employees was sad, I can't imagine having to work with someone like that, poor girls they looked all stressed, her comments and attitude were unnecessary. If you want reliable/happy employees start by having good management, I would hate coming to work if I knew I had to deal with someone like her.

Please DONT GO HERE!!! I use to come here everyday almost for lunch but when I got a burnt pizza I decided to stop. I came in today after not eating here for 6 months plus and nothing has changed. Food is too EXPENSIVE to have it wasted on BURNT pizza!! Either the oven is not being properly cleaned or they just get a thrill out of burning pizza! Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Extremely slow...one guy at the front. Lady comes out, guy asks for help , she responds " they have to wait",while she's putting things away. I tell her..."shouldn't the customer come first, she responds "not according to my manager ".This is not the way ro run a business!

My daughter and I decided to hang out and eat since we hadn't seen each other for a couple months. We both decided to eat at Piology my favorite place (In Riverside) We get there and all I heard was a voice saying "We only accept cash at this moment" it was a female coming from the back. We were in line waiting for about 20+ minutes. Another female comes out from the back and started talking to the other female showing her around. I saw her badge and it was a manager. We never heard a " we will be right with you or anything. They both went to the back and we waited another 5 minutes, so we decided to walk out. We went next door to waba grill much friendlier place, greeted as soon as we walked in and took out order within. Piology here in Perris has gotten a lot worse. It all starts with management ?

On Sunday coworkers and I had a great pizza made by Shatala. She was a one man show register, helping customers and making pizza's while her partner sat in dinning area taking break. She was amazing and never lost her cool. You don't see that now day's.

Since they opened I had eaten there a few times and it was great. I went last week and this is what I got .. it was a flour tortilla that cost me $15! I called to complain and they basically said sorry .. no offer to make it right at all ... sorry management but you've lost a customer.. I actually threw the "pizza" away and went to domino's

I went in around 11:00, people were polite and friendly. I ordered and waited for my pizza. Without opening the box (I was the only one in the store, it had to be mine) I went home and found this. The worker had to know she was boxing up a charged mess.

I hadn't been to this place in quite some time, no reason in particular. We were talking about it work, so I decided to stop in. I honestly thought they were closed when I walked in at 4pm on a Friday evening in summer. Pleasantly surprised to find out they were open and I could order. That's when it went down hill. The young lady that came out from behind the door was pretty rude and seemed rushed and I don't know why. I was the only customer in the place!! The other young lady that took my money, although very quiet, seemed happier. The worst part was when I got home. My pizza was so undercooked, not even toasted crust, I couldn't pick up a slice with all the toppings and sauce sliding off. If not for my air fryer, I would have tossed the whole pie!! Needless to say, I'll be sure to check my order before leaving the next time I stop in...however many more months that will be.
