The lady staff is pretty rude and disrespectful. Went there for notary and passport pictures. Charged us much more than other popular places but we really needed to get things done. I understand that they were busy but being loud, rude and disrespectful to customers ain’t gonna solve their problems. They need more staff if they cant handle the business. Or maybe they just hate their jobs. But the gentleman who helped us today was nice and patient.

The lady in charge is so rude and the man who works there is aggressive if you don't understand what he's talking about! Called and reported both of them and attached a video to the owner and no response!! They make you feel rushed and no eye contact like they want you to move it along because you bother them...even if there's no one else in line...shame on owner for allowing this behavior..wish I could attach video to this review

A young, tall gentleman by the name of Chris was exceptionally polite and welcoming. He made thoughtful suggestions about the most expedient way to get my high priority document to the California DMV. He was patient, efficient and super helpful. I informed him that I forgot my checkbook in the car and he smiled and said no problem after I told him I would be right back. After I came back in and reviewed my docs and handed them to him I began to write a check for the DMV. After I was done I handed it to him and he had already completely prepared the priority mail shipping envelope and placed the check inside along with the docs, closed and sealed it and said it should arrive within a few days. After paying with my bank card he then handed me a receipt and pointed to the tracking number and smiled. I was amazed at how smoothly the process went. Chris is an asset to Postal Annex. I highly recommend the Perris branch for all light shipping and mailing needs! Thanks again Chris! ?

Great service from all the employees but Chris was amazing. He was engaging and kept the customers involved. Though I can win with tons of items to ship out, Chris did not hesitate one bit to get my items out to the respective parties. Chris has a great sense of humor and I enjoyed speaking with him regarding shipping and pricing.Great place and amazing service
