10/23 at some point in the middle of the day the systems were down and my package was undeliverable because they closed their doors and put up a sign. I called after 6pm to check if they were back up and some lady answered and when I tried to ask questions she immediately resorted to yelling. I asked if there was a supervisor or anyone else that I could speak with. She transferred me to CINDY. And she also immediately resorted to yelling. I asked if she had been there earlier and she yelled that she had been there since 7:30 in the morning. I tried to ask if they refuse packages when their systems are down because the delivery driver called me earlier and stated that the postal annex was refusing my package, was asked to leave, and then closed the door. Again, Cindy immediately yelled at me and said their systems were down and the door was closed per the owners orders and I'm welcome to close my mailbox. I let her finish yelling. Then told her I never mentioned closing my mailbox. I asked if it's customary to refuse packages when their systems were down and she yelled yet again, saying that their internet service was down and that what I explained didn't happen. I told her that I didn't know for a fact that that's what happened and that is why I'm asking. CINDY yelled again saying she's been there all day with long lines and the owner ordered for the doors to be closed and put up sign (yelling at the top of her voice) and that she didn't know what to tell me. I told her she was clearly having a bad day and I wasn't going to get any answers. CINDY yelled again saying she answered, she told me what happened. Zero consideration for the inconvenience to the customer, didn't even allow me to ask questions. Didn't let me say more than three words at time before she started yelling. Zero consideration for the reputation for the business that supplies her with a paycheck. Not one time did I raise my voice. Not one time did I threaten to take my business elsewhere. Not one time did I accuse her of anything. I closed with telling her that she clearly is having a bad day and I hoped her night got better. She said thank you, in a normal tone of voice. That is the only time she didn't interrupt me and I finally had her attention. I also added that I really hope she finds enjoyment in her life. Looking at the other reviews, CINDY likes to yell at people. Maybe she has some past traumas that are constantly resurfacing in her everyday life and that is why she yells? Maybe she really is unhappy with her life? Maybe she doesn't like her job? Maybe she can't find a different job that she would enjoy? Maybe she's in a constant state of burnout and exhaustion? Maybe she wants someone to love her? Maybe her inner child needs a hug from a mother figure? Either way, yelling is uncalled for and yelling does not earn you respect.

I'm shocked. I have been a customer for years now and they don't care at all.Went to pick up my mail and the door was locked at 2:30 and it said went to lunch, come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes from what time? It didn't say. The next day I asked what happened and they said they went to lunch. I said, you can't take turns? Then when I left, I said.....I can't run my business like this. Then the next time in- I get the 3rd degree and accused of slamming the door which is totally false. Cindy would not even let me tell my side so my voice got loud which it is anyways. Then I am told to rent my box elsewhere. I tried to call to apologize for the loud voice and get put on hold. I don't expect to get a call back. Down right ice cold. I don't believe I deserve this kind of treatment just because I am human and showed I was upset. Thanks you all!

I called to find out why my package was delivered to them when there address was not an address I had chosen. The lady asked for my information and placed me on hold. Then another lady answered and was very rude and told me to call back later as they were to busy to help me. It's not my fault my package went to their office. She was pretty unprofessional

I don’t know how this mail center has a two stars rating. Most likely the only people leaving reviews are the impossible to please customers that always have something to complain about because JJ and Patricia are the best! SO professional/cool/upbeat and when you walk in there they light up the place. One thing that really impressed me was that they will stay late just to make sure I dont miss my cutoff time (Amazon /ebay returns etc.) there is. It many places where people will stay after closing! That is sacrificial kindness. The ultimate gesture! You know how you meet people in life and you realize how kind someone is but you can’t help but notice that they are strong and will not entertain overly rude / passive agrrsssive people. I get that strong inner courage vibe from both of these particular woman. As the saying goes treat people as you want to be treated! I know that these girls are hard working women with integrity and atleast every time I have to make a post office run they represent this postal annex with plenty of dignity/professionalism and so that is where the motivation to write this review. That is all. Rant finished! Thank you for taking the time and I hope this helps anyone curious about this false 2 star rating.Sincerely,J.T.

Patrica is the best she is able to multitask to assist multiple customers as well as provide the best customer service to each one ? she makes it easy each and every time I visit this store

The only postal annex location that does not give receipts on dropoffs.They clearly don't want your business, and are quite rude about it too. I visit many postal annex locations throughout Riverside county, and never even have to ask for a receipt - it is given automatically.This independent operator needs to be reviewed by the franchise owner.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I dropped off a pre paid package and asked for a receipt. The response for that was extremely rude saying "we don't give receipts and haven't for years". In all my years of shipping out packages have never once been denied a receipt. The receipt confirms the package has tranfered hands. Whats to say these extremely rude woman wouldn't take my package for their own. There would be no proof they ever had it. Do not give this store your business. I will never go back there

I was in the area and found this to be my nearest FedEx drop off location. Huge mistake! Dropped off a package, more than 24 hours later no confirmation from FedEx that the package was scanned. I continue to call the location and they put blame on the drivers. If you have an unreliable pickup schedule, don't commit to providing a service.
