I had a pleasant time at Rene’s Tire Shop! Great customer service.
I had purchased some tires from an online site that delivered it to them. I had then gotten a text that said that my tires had arrived at the tire shop. A couple days go by and I tell them that I wasn’t going to be able to go anytime soon due to some issues going on with my vehicle. Rene over the phone had told me that it wouldn’t be an issue at all. That he was going to store them on the racks until I was ready. I then call him again to tell him that I wasn’t going to be able to go anytime soon and he once again reassured me that it wouldn’t be an issue and that he would just keep them stored away. The whole time he had a pleasant and positive attitude.
The time comes to go and I call him and he says that I was more than welcomed to come right now to get my tires installed. I show up and I park, later on he tells me if I could move my vehicle because that was another business property and that they typically call a towing company or just yell at you to move it. I wanted to point this out because it shows that he cares and looks out for his customers.
Anyways, when I show up it was pretty busy but when I walked in he had told me that it was going to be a while but that I was a for sure going to get my tires installed. Every time he would walk past me he would reassure me that my tires were going to be installed which I liked. I also noticed that he treated other customers nicely.
My time comes and he was quick with the tire installation and did it in a safely manner. None of my rims were damaged.
I highly recommend Rene’s Tires!

Could not ask for a better tire shop! Rene is friendly, honest and helpful. Recently took my car in thinking I needed brakes and four new tires. Rene let me know my brakes looked fine and I only needed two new tires. As a single woman, I often feel as though I'm an easy target to manipulate in these situations and I very much appreciate not only his honesty but his friendliness that instantly put me at ease. I will absolutely be back when I do need brakes!

Always friendly ,helpfull,and the only place I could find my size tire and cheaper then what I was expecting,highly recommend them for all your tire and break needs,thanks for going out of your way to help me out that really goes a long ways with me period.

I had an amazing experience at Rene’s Tires! The service was incredibly fast and easy from start to finish. I was in and out much quicker than I expected, and the team was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They made the whole process smooth, and I left with my tires in great shape. Highly recommend Rene’s if you’re looking for quick, reliable tire service!

When shopping for tires for my GTR I was unsure of what shop I should go to. Until I had got recommended to go to Rene's tires in Perris. A couple minutes into talking with the owner Rene I knew he knew what he was talking about. He was highly motivated to show me all my options I had with all the different price ranges. He was patient with me as I went back and forth and asked a million questions on the different tires he offered. When it came down to the service he fit me in with my schedule because I have a busy schedule. They lifted the car up and immediately got to work. My wheels are very expensive and they were very careful not to damage them. All in all I had a great experience. The price was unbeatable, the customer service was undeniable. From here on out I know exactly where I'm going for either my GTR tires or just my daily tires. He also does other services like oil changes and a couple other maintenance packages to the vehicle.

Rene’s tires is the shop to go to. The service is very acceptable. The pricing on new tires is just unbeatable. His knowledge on the work he performs is very fast safe. I been here multiple times for used and new tires. The only bad thing I can say is he sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of because he’s so busy giving the best customer service in town. Keep up the good work Rene and answer the phone.

Super helpful when you don’t know the size of your tire. Rene helped me find the style of tire AND rims that would look best on my Toyota Tacoma TRD! He offers financing! Best prices in town!
