It's very difficult with no size grouping! Being plus size I hate very going thru 1000's of smalls to find a XXL. Also baby clothes should really be:( premie to 24 months) should be separate from the toddlers. They disappear in with bigger clothes.

Don’t shop or donate here. I accidentally donated my son’s clothing with vehicle keys in it and they refused to return it after repeatedly talking to them and even showing up and seeing the bags I’d donated. All they care about is making profit.

Clean and organized. Found some great stuff and excellent pricing! The clothing is by color not size but enjoyable to pick through. Would recommend this thrift location.

Negative: everything is categorized by color - absolutely diabolical. Women’s blue jeans? By shade. Children’s shifts of all sizes, by color. Not an intuitive experience from the shoppers perspective. Even the shoes….
The store was clean enough and staff were friendly.

It's a bunch of corrupt people using God for their benefit. I got treated badly here and when I spoke up about the corruption they didn't care. If you truly love God be careful with this place. They are working for the devil.

I can't say enough about how delightful my experience was at the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Perris, CA. From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with happy, smiling faces. The entire team worked so hard and seamlessly together, making the atmosphere inviting and pleasant. The store was impeccably clean, well-organized, and had a lovely scent. I found some amazing treasures at great prices! The line moved quickly, and the transaction was smooth and efficient. The store manager, Esmeralda, and her team went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable and friendly. I am so grateful for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. If you haven't visited this store yet, you're missing out, you won't regret it. I highly recommend! 10/10

Updating my original review and I'm so disappointed I can't give it 0 stars. Tell me why I came to this thrift store and they charged all the Zara items higher than the original tag? Come on store manager let's see you defend this. Do you get paid for being greedy and hostile on this app? An item priced at $10 at Zara but they priced it at $14??? They ripped off the sales tag on another tag and priced it higher than the sale price. I looked up the second tag on the Zara website and it was only $11, now here is Salvation Army charging $20. Zara is nowhere near a high end brand, it's fast fashion. It cost $2 to make every product!! Another thing to mention is all the products had dirt all over them. SALVATION ARMY, YOU GET THESE FOR FREE!! WHY ARE YOU SO GREEDY?

I really like this store. Until about 4 months ago I was going 2-3 days a week. I don't go as often anymore because some of the prices are too high. But, I understand prices are going up everywhere. But, they are NOT the NEW NORDSTROMS. They should try to keep their prices reasonable. Items are donated. Keep it fun for us bargain hunters. You would make more $ if you did.

The workers sorting clothing here are being paid to set aside valuable items for a couple of people. They're also paid to put items into the auction that would normally go out in the store, which costs the store money in the long run. I've heard this first hand from the person who pays the workers off. I'm not sure how far this corruption goes or if there's anything that can be done about it, but figured I'd let you know

Was here visiting from San Francisco and visited this store. I'm at my local Salvation Army at least once a week back home. I was amazed at how clean and well organized this location was. Everything is in great order and easy to search for what you're looking for. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I left with great finds to take back to SF with me.

My daughters and I went to this store we were so happy buying stuff but this person named Emily came with a bad attitude and agitated saying we cant be in the changing room with 3 people, my daughters were the age of 7 and 18. Which was ok for me but her tone attitude was so disrespectful to me and my daughters which made it worse. I just can say when I go to others stores like Macy’s,Target etc I never had a problem about it. Now I do understand it’s not okay in this store now which I did not know in the beginning till now but her attitude towards us was just out of pocket and unnecessary. This definitely ruined my shopping experience here.
