What an absolute joke. I called ahead of time if they can do a Porsche Cayenne 2013 S .....guy tells me no problem. They can do it for roughly $200. I get there. I'm there for about 15 minutes ....and they come in and tell me that the drain plug is damaged..... I did the last oil change on the car myself.m, And there was nothing wrong with the drain plug ....zero... And then actually the guy tells me that they don't have the proper tool to take the drain plug off..... What a bunch of bullshit.... Colossal waste of time.....I would never go back to this place

Horrible. I came for oil change and tech didn't put all screws back on my skid plate. I drove back to shop because it was dragging. Manager drove my car up on ramp & taco'd skid plate. He hammered it back and put it on. Screws were still in bay. Next oil change I went somewhere else and they noted missing skid plate. I called speedy Lube. They said come in & they'll take care of it. I went in and manager looked at my car and said, "yup it's missing." He called owner and owner refused liability. As I was waiting a women complained she got an oil change earlier that morning and her e fines now leaking oil.Go somewhere else. May be speedy but no efficient.Service: Oil change

Went for new tiers and they mest up my wheels now i got to repair them,they broke the bearings and they were rushing the job because it was near closing time.very disappointed, i dont recommend this place at all
