Booked lockout service through AAA - sent out Steve’s Towing. Responded and was onsite within 15 minutes, took him one try in about 2 minutes to unlock vehicle door.

I had to get my car towed on New Year's day with Steve's towing. I must say that the tow truck driver, Gabriel, was on time and very professional. Gabriel made me feel at ease and assured me that my car would be delivered at a specified time, which it was!!! I'm very appreciative of Gabriel's support throughout this towing experience!!!

AAA IS SADLY THE COMPANY THAT HAS HIRED THIS CONTRACTED COMPANY FOR TOW JOBS! Shame on AAA !!! Although , I don't really believe AAA is fully aware of their provider's alternative and sinister motive to gather cars from AAA for profit....Steve's towing is merely set up to get your car and take it to their salvage yard , Then auction vehicle or piece out each part of your vehicle! If Steve's towing shows up when you request tow service from AAA, decline, as they will somehow sabotage this tow and railroad your car to their own personal salvage yard. You will then be forced to pay their excessive fees. just to have vehicle released back to you...

Hey everybody, my initial experience was not a good one. My car needed to be towed from a dealership to an automotive shop. YESENIA from steve's towing called me to confirm the tow. She started to explain to me how when they went over 7 miles there was an extra charge, so I asked her if the extra charge start from the actual company site or did it start from the dealership which i believe is a valid quesrion. she became annoyed with me and started to annunciate her words, like i was not understanding english or like I was a child and repeated what she had said to me in a rude manner. Completely rude the whole time! Yesenia needs stronger coffee in the morning or anotuer job that makes her happy because she clearly is not happy! OK, moving on so next we have our tow truck driver, who came out and meet me at the dealership, kept us updated the whole time and was just a pleasure to be around, very professional and courteous. His name is Elliott and they are very lucky to have him! Thank ypu Elliott, it was a pleasure!! I am giving five stars because of him!
