I've had nothing but a bad experience with this bank I deposited a legal gover check only to have my account closed because they considered it a risk . smh I had all paperwork that it was from a settlement even the legal w9 and they closed my account and took weeks to send check back . causing financial issues in my house . I will never bank there blacks are treated horribly there .

I can only 'second/confirm' many of the previous reviews for this BoA branch (regarding abysmal service), at this BoA branch location, in Perris, Ca.! Again, if I could rate with a '0' vs '1', I would! I've tried to use this branch several times, since it reopened after COVID. But, each time I've visited this branch, the customer lines were out the door! And, Only one teller was servicing customers! What! Really? 30-40 minute wait times, minimum! What is BoA thinking? IMHO, this Perris BoA branch is an abomination! Don't simply avoid it, but run from it! Yelp a BoA branch that at least 'kinda' works in the area.

I've always liked having BofA as my bank, until I visited this location today. I had called multiple times over the past couple of days to speak to someone at this specific location and the phone was never answered. I arrived today, in the morning, and there was only one teller helping people with a huge line waiting. Then as I was next in line, an employee who was walking around approached me and informed me that this location could not accommodate the currency exchange I needed to do. Which is the reason I was trying to call before. So I went up to the teller to take care of other business and he proceeds to question why I didn't just use the ATM, but I had to stand in line for the currency issue. I have never been treated so rudely at a bank and will never go to this location again.

Hate this location!!! Worst by far. I think I officially dislike all BoA's. This place always has two darn tellers working and they're slow and talk too much. No matter ow busy the day is you will only see two tellers and a line that goes outside. Please change management and tellers because these suck!!!!!!!!

Business hours show they close at 5 PM ! I got to this branch at 4:58 me and another customer rushed to the door to find that it had already been closed ! I am a business owner and closing even just 1 minute early is completely unacceptable, that 1 minute could impact a client financially! BOFA says their goal is to impact clients life financially , they def impacted me today and not in a good way.

Terrible customer service!!! I took my daughter to open an account. We arrived 4:40pm. My daughter and I waited at the desk for 20 minutes being "eyed" by the 4 employees behind the glass. Finally, after standing there 20 minutes one of the women came and asked if we had a question. I said we'd like to open an account. She said they are closing. I said we've been standing here waiting for 20 minutes without assistance. She said, "yeah"...And, "The person who opens accounts is with her last appointment. If we want to make an appointment for another day I'll make it. Or you can drive to Perris since they close at 6:00" ...But no, we won't help nor open an account for you today. I already made a special trip to their location now I'm to drive to Perris in hopes they'll open an account without an appointment before they close?!?!? Or will they turn us away, too? Because they close at 6:00... no apologies, no I'm sorry... nothing! Terrible customer service!!!

This is my favorite B of A branch of all time. I actually moved but still come back to this location because it's my favorite. Augustin is my banker but the other ladies there (for some reason Ava is the only other name I can think of right now) also treat you like family. I have never had a bad experience and always look forward to the friendly and efficient service.

Since when does testing come before customer service? They canceled my card and expected me to wait to get a new one. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Staff was friendly and I got my money quickly, BOA cash machines are my favourite and let me withdraw up to $600 twice amount of other banks. Overall a good bank.

Excellent location, convenient freeway access, drive-thru, near Starbucks and other useful places... its a bank, though.
