My sister places an online order for New balance shoes for my niece. She never got an email that they were ready. When she called they said someone picked them up showed ID and that they can't do anything about it not the store not corporate.
Ridiculous DO NOT EVER, EVER ORDER ONLINE. Very unprofessional of your part WWS, you Can you do better!! What happen to making Customer Satisfied? Guess we’re not important.

Bad business practices. They do not check IDs for credit card purchases. I know because my mail was stolen and I got a FRAUD Alert from my bank from someone trying to use my credit card here. 3pm 10/1/25

I give them 3 stars for product prices.
Sweatshirts shouldn't cost 70+ dollars regardless of the brand.

Customer service sucks badly. Just because people walk in slow they think you will steal. Was waiting in line to pay and there was 2 cashiers one was not doing anything and the other was helping a customer. When the one helping the customer finished we got help. Someone was behind us and the one not doing anything helped them. They have good shoe quality but need to work better on their customer service. Did not get the name but was a young looking kid with bushy eyebrows and a part of his side head bald.

Great deals but check website first to see if they have the shoes in stock and is the price cheaper online or in the store. We found shoes right away for my daughter but the vans I saw discounted online were not in the store for purchase. only online but then you pay shipping so it probably equals out to be a wash bummer. Great select, staff nice and helpful. I’d recommend. Lots of variety and even more on clearance racks. Cons those clearance shoes are all in boxes on the shelf but they stack them all the way to the ceiling so you can’t really look at everything in your size on the clearance racks other than the ones on the first 5 or 6 shelves. I don’t want to the sales person to take everything down but how does anyone look through all the shoes unless you have the gift of height. I’m only 5’2” so it’s a no go for me

Easy transaction and even though the line was packed all the employees were helpful. I will definitely be back i like how big it is i look forward to getting more shoes from this location.
