Very friendly employees and very helpful. Being in a wheelchair can be hard when shopping and they helped when needed. Clean store and a nice cool place.

have honestly never had a good experience with this specific location, which is frustrating because I love the brand and it's clothes but I often go to the SR one instead of this store because the some of employees here have terrible customer service skills and are really just rude in general. Last year I came in and wanted to make sure that I could use my military discount since it's considered an outlet store so I wasn't sure what the exact policy was. I asked the man at the register and instead of just answering my questions he started to complain about how military discounts were stupid and that just because your or a family member served in war doesnt mean you're entitled to a discount. This was upsetting personally because my family struggles financially since my family member was injured during his service to our country. I understand having political differences, but to berate a customer on a policy that is meant to honor someone's service baffles me. Ever since then I try to avoid this store, but I went a month ago and the girls behind the counter just stood there gossiping and on their phones. I tried to get their attention for a fitting room and was basically glared at for interrupting them. as someone who works in customer service themselves and is usually sympathetic to other minimum wage workers, the manager really needs to reevaluate their employees when they are not there.

I had the best experience this visit, I walked in and one of the staff immediately offered to assist me in choosing fit and styles. She was so kind and an expert! She was able to find several more jeans with a similar style and perfect fit to my tastes.

They are nice expect for the fact that I went to exchange a pair of pants I bought online and I paid extra for pants I wanted to get. Then I walked out of the store with the same pants I bought online. It was her mistake of giving me the incorrect pants.

I found it extremely unprofessional of a store like American Eagle to not display what the items on clearance cost. There are no machines in the store to check the prices meaning you have to go with a stack of items to the registers to find out this information. Please do like the rest of the stores and label your clearance items.

Very rude customer service! I was looking at pair of jeans and was cut in front of by an employee so she could can fix it! When checking out I got a no thank you for buying something! But then they had the nerve to turn to each other and talk about me! Gave me dirty looks while I was leaving!
