I bought Amy's Chinese Noodles & Veggies..these were so dry I couldn't eat them. Imagine an adult choking, yes I did. They taste good but way to dry and dangerous even for adults.

I have been purchasing Amy’s for years & years. Their products are in my freezer & cupboards, at any given time. I eat multiple items from Amy’s, each week.I wrote to them recently, as a can of veg barley soup smelled & tasted mildewy. I received a response that they would send coupons as an apology for the incident.I received 1 coupon, for 1 can of soup. So incredibly lame, given the waste of time to shop, cook, throw away the 1st can. Plus the time to contact them with all the codes & information they asked for. No longer a fan.

I recently found Amy's delicious, frozen "Enchilada Black Bean* Vegetable" and "Indian Palak Paneeer".They are both a nutritious, convenient, treat and am concerned about the HIGH SODIUM content of both, 790mg and 660mg respectively .Anyway to use less salt and preserve the taste?As I practice energy savings in my own kitchen, I heat both those by adding 1/4 cup filtered water to a wide pan, remove the food from its box, add to water and cook mid-heat for 7 minutes or so, covered.The food stays very moist whilst not soggy and much energy was saved in the process. Thanks, Amy!

I love home-cooked Mex food, but while in the Navy I had to rely on much microwave food.Amy’s is an excellent replacement.For all of you who are comparing Amy’s frozen to home-cooked - WAKE UP! It’s frozen food!In comparison to other frozen products WITHOUT ARTIFICIAL, SYNTHETIC PRESERVED, GMO etc, ingredients, it’s delicious.Thanks Amy‼️

I started liking their soup about a month ago.Then I read about many safety violations, and began to reconsider.Yesterday, I found out that their solution to unions is to close the plant.Soup does not matter compared with workers rights to organize.No soup for me!!
