“I met the new manager on board yesterday Jose he is a much nicer man than the previous guy you had. Jose was patient and understanding. He was helpful and a good listener. I almost gave up on this shop because of the previous guy who worked there. I decided to go in there to use the self-service Bay and met Jose. He is a wonderful manager could you please also put up no smoking signs. Smoking on the property is offensive to other people and is a health and safety code issue please post signs of no smoking on your property. I was vacuuming my car and this woman was standing in the bay halfway vacuuming her car and letting a cigarette burn and I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke.”
