“My wife originally wanted e-bikes and honestly, I was a little hesitant because of the financial side of it. We scheduled a test ride at Petaluma Motor Wheel and from that moment on, we never looked back. The team at PMW has made, and continues to make, our e-bike experience absolutely incredible. You can tell they truly take pride in what they offer and the way they take care of their customers. Aaron helped guide me toward the bike that actually fit my needs best, even though it ended up being different from what my wife and I originally thought I wanted. I ended up with the Velotric GoMad, and my wife got the short-tail Aventon Abound. We outfitted both with young passenger kits and front racks. The PMW team took the time to thoroughly explain operation, charging, storage, maintenance, and servicing so we felt comfortable and confident from day one. We’ve only had the bikes for a week and we are already having an absolute blast with them. These bikes have opened up so many opportunities to make memories together, and our 4-year-old absolutely loves riding with us. Thank you Aaron and the entire PMW team. We truly feel like part of the PMW family now and we’ll definitely be recommending all our family and friends to stop in and visit!”

“Great shop! Alex was super helpful attending to a last minute order I needed shipped to Oregon. I didn’t expect such personal service, but having lived in Petaluma for years, I should’ve remembered the perks of small town life! Thanks, Mike’s Bikes!”

“As a repeat customer, I’ve been consistently impressed by their expertise, honesty, and customer service. Ryan was incredibly helpful in identifying the issue with my rear wheel and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the available repair options. The team thoroughly inspected my bike, answered all of my questions, and offered practical solutions without any pressure to purchase unnecessary services. The repairs were completed on time, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I could immediately feel the difference when I picked up my bike—it rides smoother than it has in years and was worth every penny. What impressed me most was the combination of technical expertise, honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Ryan and the bike technicians are highly skilled professionals who genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable bike mechanics.”
