I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years now. I really love shopping at the petaluma outlets, its a 15-20 minute drive from my house, making it super convenient. This outlet mall and specifically this store has been my go-to mall for Christmas gifts, birthdays, and etc. I also really admired the customer service from this young lady, I forgot her name but she is a college student who attends SRJC and there was another lady who was pregnant who also provided exceptional customer service. I also love the clothes, they are so adorable and reasonably priced. Great job ladies, keep up the good work!

This store is located in the Petaluma Outlet Mall. The store was large and well organized. They had a large selection of items and for a good price. They had a decent size clearance section and a lot of great deals throughout the store. I was shopping for my best friend that is pregnant and it was great to see the items I saw online in person. The staff were friendly that I encountered and it was a pleasant experience.

I Love carters and their amazing deals! I got a total of 3 3-piece outfits off the clearance section plus some toddler tights and i paid $9.04. Awesome! However, the reason i take off 2 stars is due to their rude staff. I was in line and usually wait to be called until i approach the register. This time i hear " Can i get a number for the rewards...?" I assumed she was talking to me. I asked a question regarding the coupon and she said " it says it on the coupon." I was just asking to double check but ok. We made 2 transactions and just the way she handed out the receipt...everything was just so unproffesional. And of course, when were done..nothing. no, thank you. No, have a good day. I understand sometimes you're just not having a good day, but don't take it out on us. Take a day off lady, get your nails done, get a massage, maybe get a couple drinks and come back Smiling and with a positive attitude ;) please. Checked the receipt and said her name was (Candice)

I was here today. I noticed that some outfits I bought at Vacaville outlets yesterday on clearance were priced at double the price. That's was a big turn down. And most important the customer service at this store is horrible, they seem to have a bad attitude, except the older lady who was working. I even checked the price online and still cheaper than Carter's in petaluma outlets. Vacaville is the place next online.
