I recently purchased new shoes for work, but they didn’t fit very well. After wearing them to work once, I returned to the store, where Vonda assisted me in finding the correct size and fit. She also provided helpful guidance on how to care for the shoes. It was a great experience—especially meaningful since this was my first time buying new work shoes since having my baby. Shopping can be stressful, so it was truly appreciated to have someone there to support me through the process.

I love Clark's shoes and I really enjoy this store but not today. I went in on Sunday 10/30 just before lunch and there was one sales person and 2 other customers besides me.As I was leaving I asked a question and wow was she grumpy. I am sorry your staff called in sick but I did not need to hear that - I was pleasant and I even helped you with the door.Please relax and learn to be courteous and if you don't like your job QUIT - it's simple.

Needed a pair of dress shoes for my husband. I checked online an found this store nearby. The selection was impressive. The lady helping me was attentive and informative.I was able to find the right shoe for the event. I even got myself a pair of super comfy slip on shoes.

Rebecca was such and amazing associate! We almost walked out with 4 pairs of shoes! We've been to 4 stores in the outlet and all the ladies here have been super friendly and helpful. Love Clark's and for the customer service and deals can't beat it. I recommend this location to anyone! Did we get lucky today? I think we did. Thanks again Rebecca for the awesome service!

Walked into the store for the second time and I was told to leave my bags behind the counter. I told the older slender curly hair clerk, I rather not but she can look in my bags if she needs to. She rudely said no but continued to talk about me with another customer. I told my daughters let’s go as I refuse to spend money in a store that has a very un professional person representing them. Also when we walked out other words where said that made my daughters get upset. The clerk still continued to rudely upset my daughter when she was only defending her mother. I wish I would have gotten her name. Here are some tips for you, it’s not what you say it’s how you say it that is defensive. The other is you should never profile as I was easily going to buy 4 to 6 pairs of shoes. Your loss not mine! I agree with the majority of these reviews, they lack in professionalism and customer satisfaction!

Horrible customer service.Gave a lot of attitude when asked for shoes size.La chica nueva fue muy malo.Dont work at shoes place if you give customer attitude when they asked for shoe sizes.
