The manager (the bald man) is the biggest asshole I've ever met. He completely humiliated me and had zero social/ customer service skills. I have no idea how he became manager but I will never step foot in that store again. Jesus Christ. The other employees were friendly and helpful but he was a complete dick. I've seriously never had a manager act so rudely towards me. That was utterly ridiculous.

Not a great pharmacy. I was trying to get my flu and COVID shot, but they were having issues trying to look up my insurance. One lady there 'found' my account before telling me I wasn't covered. I asked her to try a different number that that primary account holder had given me and she refused to even try the number, instead she just kept repeating she 'found' my account and that I was not covered. (it was probably an old account from a different insurance before we got our current insurance.) I asked her to just try the different number I had and she just refused to take the extra minute it would have taken to type in the numbers to check. So I called a different CVS Pharmacy (The one in Target on Kenilworth Dr) and had them check and it turned out it was the correct number and I was fully covered. If I had been getting something for almost no money I wouldn't be complaining, but right now the COVID vaccine is $190 and flu $60, so it was really important that I be able to use my insurance and yet that lady couldn't be bothered to to even check, even when I repeatedly asked her to. AVOID THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CAN! The one in Target on Kenilworth Dr is only a few blocks away from this one and the people there seem more willing to help.

Check out person was mad that I didn't want to self check out. He chomps his gum in my face. He didn't offer me a bag. I had to ask. He didn't thank me. Just a rude experience

I went in. CVS to have a poster made today. Although the printer didn't want to cooperate, I have to thank Rick so much for his perseverance and patience. He was great and I really appreciated his efforts. CVS should be grateful to have such an employee. Thanks again Rick!

I've stopped going to cvs because I feel the workers are stressed with work load are understaffed and not getting paid enough. The shelves are unorganized and not stocked, the layout is messy. CVS's quality has lowered drastically through the years. Today I had to go to cvs as my last resort, and while checking out the lady was so rude ripping the items I was scanning out of my hand, to "help me". I get it she's probably tired and burnt out. But I myself have worked in the food industry and retail and I've never snapped at a costumer. It's all about self control and patience. But clearly that can't be obtained when they're understaffed and underpaid.

Who's gonna review a pharmacy unless they've got an ax to grind? Apparently just me to counter the other folks.I switched from another pharmacy where I would wait long periods for someone to help me even if I was first in line and where they'd say the prescriptions were ready to this pharmacy. Here is how this pharmacy is better than my previous pharmacy.1. I can order refills and see when they are ready for pickup on the cvs.com website.2. When I come to pick them up, there is always at least one cashier working the pickup area.3. I never show up to pick up prescriptions only to find out that they actually aren't ready.4. If something needs to be faxed to a doctor, they don't take 3 plus days to do it like my old pharmacy did.Don't have any other criteria for a pharmacy.

Cosmetic Department ONLY: My collection at home had gotten damaged so I needed the basics and other options. Vicky had asked me if I needed help and I was pleasantly surprised by this "old style cosmetic clerk". She knows her merchandise, the discount options, and she took the time to help me find just what I needed. I haven't had this kind of service since I shopped the high end cosmetics counters at Macy's a lifetime ago.Five stars and then some.Thanks Vicky!

Wow, how is this pharmacy still operating? Long waits, inefficient staff, terrible customer service. Was informed I'd get a text message when the prescription was ready, never did. Had to call and be put on hold to check on the prescription status. I had to stand in line and even when it was my turn, I was simply ignored and did not receive any assistance since the few people who worked there were busy doing other things. So strange... I've never seen such a poorly run pharmacy!

The store is clean and the staff are super friendly and patient. I came in on a weekday morning to get some allergy medicine and two women working there were really helpful. I always stayed away from this store due to the bad reviews but I am glad I came in and will be back!

This place has to get more help in their store!! I waited on the phone on hold for over 30 minutes the other day!!! I know the people that work their and they work so hard! Bad customer service!
