I was having issues with looking up my insurance and the people here did suggest using a different number that I needed to get from the main account holder. It turned out that I was just using the wrong number and with their suggestion I was able to use my insurance to cover the cost of both my COVID and flu shot. Also before my appointment they were nice enough to call me ahead to ask for my insurance and tell me how much the shots would cost without insurance. Aside from this experience I have also never had any issues with this pharmacy when I was getting my prescription filled with them monthly.

I really like this CVS (I had gone to the other 2 in town before here). The staff here has always been friendly. I was advised by a doctor to call ahead before going to pick up. I do, and I come in at or after the time they give me. This prevents waiting 20-minutes or so for the prescription to be filled.

This pharmacy has absolutely terrible customer service! They are always sure to make you wait as long as possible and treat you like you are asking the world to have something filled. Their hours are very limited and now are getting even shorter! They don't keep medication in stock despite knowing it is filled every single month so you end up having to come back multiple times every month just to get a regular medication you need.

CVS, whether freestanding or in Target, has the worst service of almost any business I deal with. After dealing with mistake after mistake compounded with consistently rude and not helpful staff, I finally made the move to Costco pharmacy. Wow, what a difference, friendly and helpful staff that work hard to take care of their customers. Bye forever, CVS, can't say I'll miss you.

This CVS pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I'm a diabetic customer and I maintain my sugars under control with my medications. My meds should have been refilled automatically two days ago. I called this morning to see if they had received me medications. Whoever I spoke with told me that they had just received that morning. They proceeded to tell me they could have ready in 1 hour. I said I will pick up after work. I showed up to pick up before having to pick up kids. When I arrived to get my medication they told me it had to be verified but that the pharmacist who could do it was on lunch. I asked why wasn't this verified earlier when I called. I told them I couldn't come back because I had to take my kids to their activities and that they would be closed when I could. All Rachel said to me is I can't release come back later. Maurice is the pharmacy manager and you run a horrible pharmacy. It's a process but I will be moving my business from this pharmacy as soon as possible.

CVS, PLEASE CLOSE THIS CVS Branch. This is the worst experience I have had at this once-excellent location. My wife had surgery today, is in pain and I went to get her prescription filled. The surgeon assured me that the prescription was sent electronically to this location. They had not received it. The surgeon insisted that it was sent. I asked the doctor's office to send to another CVS in Petaluma. The two pharmacists were not helpful. When I asked the second pharmacist what the address and telephone number of the nearby CVS branch, he didn't know it and was too lazy to look up one of their own branches. I also refilled one of my prescriptions, which was supposed to be mailed to my home. There were several baskets full of prescriptions, filled and in mailers, ready to go, but according to the first pharmacist -- the one who didn't help on my wife's prescription -- told me the person who mailed these prescriptions had not been in lately. There had to be at least 50 mailers, filled with prescriptions, sitting in this CVS. CVS, if you're listening, this location is worse than useless. And the staff doesn't care.

The line was an hour and a half. There was one person working and one pharmacist who was also busy giving Covid shots. I'll never go in there again when I can have medication delivered.

Always had pretty good luck until today. Literally waited in line an hour to ask a question. One pharmacist working who was the slowest I've seen and no cashiers. Horrible job CVS!

I have been using since 2017. The pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs are great! They are friendly, stay on top of your prescriptions, proactive, and really great, caring people! Feels like a little town pharmacy bc they know me by name.

The CVS pharmacy at the Target store is excellent! We used to use the CVS pharmacy on North McDowell - terrible! We switched to the Target CVS and were delighted with no lines, no waiting, and our prescriptipns filled on time every time. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best CVS in Petaluma.

Been there 3 times. Well stocked. Decent prices. Customer service is great. Only negative is their pharmacy restroom...the one next to pharmacy. FILTHY!! Each time I've been there...but staff restroom is spotless! I would never consider getting any medial Care at there IN-STORE CLINIC based on this alone. I'm guessing medical staff and patients may use this restroom since staff one farther away. Really, CVS needs to CLEAN UP THEIR ACT!! I find this at other CVS Stores as well. Shameful!
