Avoid this place! Unprofessional cheats. They ripped me off $400 after their "partner" Northbay Nissan didn't return their courtesy car during a repair. Unprofessional on both sides as I got blamed and billed for their co-mistake. A lawsuit for sure.

WOW!! This location was amazing, Jackson the Branch manager really worked hard to help me get into a rental quickly and without hassle. His team quickly got my car ready, even when I ended up going for a different model last minute. His staff were all in lock step and everyone made me feel special. I specifically went to Petaluma and I am glad I did, I won't go anywhere else unless they promote Jackson because I would go out of my way to work with him and his team again!!

I was in an accident and needed a rental. My insurance covers a luxury car rental and uses Enterprise for their rentals. I have always used the Enterprise, Petaluma branch, even when I needed to rent for leisure purposes, but yesterday, experience was so horrible!When I got to the Petaluma branch I chose a Mercedes that was parked on their lot, but when I provided my credit card it did not have sufficient credit to for the amount due. I then pulled out my debit card and asked them to put the charge on it, they said "No, it has to be a credit card for this type of vehicles, but you can take a truck or a smaller car". Ok, I then deposited enough money on my credit card and went back and I said "OK, now yo can use my credit card, as it has sufficient funds to be charged", they refused to take it and said I have to wait for 24 hours before they run it again!Meanwhile, they had already started showing and offering the Mercedes to this lady who was there for a car. I was not happy with this whole business and I expressed my frustration with their process to Annie, the branch manager, then she replied "you're upset because your card declined?" which I thought was very offensive! I then asked her "did your card ever decline?, it is normal, but what's not normal is you refuse to run it again when i deposited funds in it" They offered me a shiny-blue Nissan, I signed off on it and drove home (a couple of miles way), but the car started to shake when I pass the 50 mile speed. I got home got another credit card, drove back to Enterprise, I told them the vehicle they rented me is unsafe to drive and should not offer it, they admit that the previous customer reported the issue already! By the time I got there with my other credit card, the Mercedes I wanted was already gone! Instead, they gave me a truck that does not fit in my driveway and drove off with it unhappy, feeling mislabel and extremely frustrated.I would caution you to be ready and prepared to deal with inconveniences and high-levels of frustration when dealing with this branch, with their current management who was inconsiderate and moved on to the next customer, offered her he car I am interested in, while I was in the middle of negotiating it's rental, totally unprofessional!To be honest and fair to Enterprise, I called the Santa Rosa Airport branch to inquire if they have a luxury car they can offer me, I spoke to Adam who was very courteous and helpful. He prepared the a Mercedes for me which I exchanged with the truck I had. I am very grateful and thankful to Adam!

They had my ride ready, it was a fast and quick . The car was clean and smelled good as well. Had a problem with the first one and they switch it out right way now waiting time and no games. Well done enterprise.Thank you.

I was in an accident and needed a rental. Insurance covers a full size car and uses Enterprise for their rentals. I was initially routed to the Napa office. After a few calls to them, I will never, ever do business with them. I was told they didn't know when/if they would have a full size car in but I was welcome to get into a small SUV for an out of pocket fee. I was also told that I could call other locations to check on availability. The Napa office will not do that for you. So I then called the Petaluma office. Annie answered the phone and was so amazingly nice and incredibly helpful. It took 2 days (total and not her fault) but I was in a car and on my way very quickly once a car was available. She even checked in the next day to be sure everything was alright. I absolutely recommend using the Petaluma location if you need a rental.

Everything was great until Enterprise claimed I damaged the rental car and invoiced me $1,000 and automatically took it out of my account. I did not damage the car! At any rate, for a company that works closely with my insurance company, you'd think they'd talk to them first to see what the process is because when I talked to my insurance company they told me Enterprise shouldn't be charging me anything. My insurance company is going to fix this for me, but I'm very disappointed in Enterprise. They didn't even send me a photo when I asked them for it. Just like a bad relationship, it starts out great, and then you end up feeling like WTF just happened!?

They must have done some reorganizing at this location, because the people here now are much nicer and helpful.

I have had multiple good experiences with this Enterprise location. Competitive prices and cars available. Helpful staff too. Most recently, they shuttled me across town to catch a bus before the office even officially opened.
