I was truly amazed by the customer service I received at this location. The employee went out of his way to assist my son and I (we had a last minute project that I was struggling to make work). When I stopped by the next morning for a different issue, a different employee went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate great customer service and will absolutely go back to this store for future office needs!

If you want to receipt you have to do it all yourself. Next we'll have to rent one of their trucks and deliver it ourselves as well

Sam at FedEx Office Petaluma delivered a fairly large print job on what seemed to be a very busy day of orders with not enough staff. He gave me several status updates throughout the day, as he knew I had a pressing deadline. I hope they are able to hire more staff to support this hard-working team as they seem to be receiving an overwhelming number of in-person and online daily orders. Thank you to Sam for his professionalism and reliability!

Multiple attempts to have a packages delivered. The package instructions specifically stated no signature required, leave at location. Multiple door tags over three days, "Unable to deliver" Hours of phone calls to customer service, assurances and guarantees after they spoke to this station manager that the package would be left. Door tags again. Assurances they would deliver, and would call in advance of the package delivery, door tag again.
Unless I'm sitting in my office, patiently waiting 10 plus hours, they haven't been able to deliver a package.
Multiple complaints over the last 6 months, still no resolution, no delivery without issues.
Absolutely horrible customer service.
