Horrible, Six days out and I’m still waiting on a $128.83 two day delivery! It required an adult signature so I’ve now taken two days off from work to receive the package. These guys are making the USPS look good!

Today I waited all day for a pick-up of a pallet (900 lb.). The Fed Ex people knew that I needed a lift gate type truck for this pick-up. My scheduled time was 12-4, and I called once and was told it was "on schedule". Then, when 5 p.m. came, I was told that "your shipment is rescheduled until tomorrow because we don't have the right truck". Read my lips! They knew what I needed and could have called earlier. I won't be here tomorrow and who knows if they will show up on Friday......what a total foul-up! I was never called to say what was happening. I would never have known if I had not kept calling to see where they were.I didn't use them much when I was shipping all the time.....now you know why!!!!

There was such a great experience because a nice and beautiful lady with gray hair and bob haircut helped me with no hesitation with something I always had issues when my parcels were not delivered because of a typo in address and they were sent back even when I had envelopes and magazines. Well, long story short - thank you very much!

I don't know if it is this specific location, or Fed Ex in general. This location has delivery drivers that can't be expected to deliver packages in a timely fashion or in locations stated on delivery instructions. Packages bearing notices of "Do Not Crush" have been smashed as if the driver took not as a warning but a challenge. The rules followed by the staff both at the location and drivers is up to their own interpretation. I tried picking up a package, with proper ID and following FedEx corporate policy, stated on their website and signage, but was told by the location, "we don't have to follow those rules". No follow up, no accountability, no capability to assist a customer.

Today I went in to get a package I needed to sign for. Tony at the counter went above and beyond to help me out as the package had difficulties. I'm sad to see all the horrible reviews so I think packages have problem and it's how a place handles it that matters. Tony was a joy to work with!!! Tony is a 5 Star employee!

FedEx is the WORST. Worst! I missed a delivery this morning that required signature, so I went to the website and entered the info on my door tag. See attached screenshot. It says to come by AFTER 6:00 PM today to pickup. This sounded wrong for a Saturday, so I called FedEx this morning to confirm, because there's nothing I hate more than having my time wasted. I was reassured multiple times that I could show up after 6:00 PM, and never mind the website says they close at 4:30 PM. I arrived at 6:05 PM and no one was there. I left family dinner and drove across town (gas is currently $6.50/gallon) for nothing. I anticipated this would happen, tried to prevent it, and they still screwed up! I will never use FedEx EVER again. Called customer service and they opened an "escalation ticket", but apparently have no line of communication to the staffed warehouse that I could see through the locked gate. Fantastic. Can't wait to come by next week to request a refund of shipping costs. I'm sure the service will be superior. NOT.
