Stopped by looking for an obscure plastic connector that broke in my old moen faucet. These guys had it in stock. The staff was super friendly and helpful to look up the model of my faucet (which I did not know) and to make sure that the part would fit. They easily saved me $150 plus labor to replace the whole faucet. Fun fact, they use a large noisy dot matrix printer to print up receipts. Hadnt seen one of those in years, and it made me chuckle.

TLDR: They sold used parts as new and when they didn't work took forever to get a new one. I purchased an expensive Grohe blue faucet from them last May. When the faucet arrived it had clearly been opened and used previously. The faucet had scratch marks and the main component looked like it had been opened. We installed it and it didn't work. We called Ferguson who had us try a few more things to get it working. Bottom line, it was a dud. We asked for a replacement and close to two months later we finally got it. The new faucet worked. The number of extra trips the plumber took to our house to try Ferguson's recommendations to get the obviously used broken faucet to work doubled our labor for the job. In the end, we kept the scratched faucet component because it would cost too much to have it swapped out. I asked for some kind of discount for all the extra labor and got no response. I wrote a letter to the manager asking for intervention and got no response. They tried to blame Grohe which is perhaps accurate but as a local business, they had to take some responsibility for making it right. I don't recommend doing business with them. Update 2/4/20 The manager reached out to me too make it right. To make a mistake is one thing. I was impressed with his sincerity in trying to fix it. Would give them another try.

Awful customer service. They took my info last week and promised to have a sales rep call me back and never did. When I called back this week the operator forwarded me to a line that she answered and then immediately hung up! When I called right back she told me that I would actually have to call the HVAC Dept. and she read me a different number. When I asked her why she didnt tell me that the first time I called she had no credible response. Once over to the HVAC dept. I found a sales rep who made it seem like I was bothering him. Furthermore, he kept blaming the fact that "the mini splits are a new account" as an excuse for why he had no knowledge or expertise that could assist in my obtaining of a quote. He didnt even know that the tonnage is listed in the Model Number! He couldn't cross reference anything. What time of HVAC sales rep doesn't know even the basics. Waste of time dealing with this company and an absolutely infuriating experience to boot.
