Fiber Circle Studio is a makerspace and marketplace for all things yarn and fiber located in Petaluma in Northern California's wine country. The shop is large with big open ceilings and a very warm feeling, offering a great and gorgeous selection of yarns, weaving supplies, and accessories, including embroidery supplies. It supports locally produced and dyed yarns. It provides a warm and safe space for all levels, from new to expert. The staff are super nice, helpful, friendly, and kind. The owner has built a wonderful community around the shop, which offers fiber art workshops in weaving, spinning, dyeing, and knitting. A beginning knitting class was fantastic, providing high-quality materials and a fun, supportive atmosphere. The studio also hosts a weekly craft social and organizes fiber-related trips. This lovely shop, with its easy-to-browse atmosphere and space to sit and craft, is a gem and is highly recommended for any yarn person.
