Rob might seem like a nice person because he puts on a fake attitude. But he is actually extremely rude. Avoid this place at all costs. They have absolutely ruined the sentimental value of the ring I bought for my wonderful woman.

Simply the best. They're well informed, helpful, and courteous- fun too. Theyve helped me with valuations of jewelry I got elsewhere and are helping me fix a necklace with a coin in it that another shop messed up. There are also gorgeous pieces in store that anyone would be sure to love. Really second to none for a reasonably priced, honest, and good jewelry store.

This was my first experience with any sort of jewelers and I was blown away. I brought in a ring that was a family heirloom, very sentimental and held so much emotional value. After dropping it off - I fell into extreme financial hardship. This business had no need to cater to me or grant me special treatment, but they did. They went above and beyond, letting me pay slowly as I could. Instead of losing my ring because I couldn't afford payments, they kept it safe for me and helped me during a time that was especially hard. I cannot express my gratitude enough towards them. Their work was BEAUTIFUL, and I will be forever thankful for their kindness and patience. Thank you!!!!

My fiancé and his family only go to Rob at Gold N Time. They've trusted and gone to only him for years. When my boyfriend was ready to buy my engagement ring he told Rob what he had in mind for what the ring should look like. I have been a customer of Robert’s for close to 5 years now.. He has made several custom pieces for me from my description and has amazed me with the final results! I am not an easy customer to please as everything has to be perfect and Robert knocks it out of the park every time! He made a one of a kind engagement ring for me that left my fiancé’ speechless with tears of joy! He always knows the right piece, for the right sentiment and occasion. He and his wife Virginia make me feel like family and take care of me like family would. I highly recommend Gold n Time jewelers and I personally can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Charged my mom $85 to fix a expensive valuable bracelet. She didnt ask to have it sized. She gets the bracelet back and has 4 links missing (the ones with the most stone and sterling) and only half the bracelet is fixed.Update: Owner reached out to me in reply below, we have the reciept and are positive it is this store. It was a silver turquoise bracelet and links are missing
