I have not left a haircut this disappointed in so long. I normally go to super cuts or great clips by leghorn but made the mistake to come here. Avoid this place. I came in with long hair and wanted a 2 in trim and she left me with short hair with no regard for what I asked. I wanted face framing layers and she asked her coworker for help with that. Her coworker, clearly annoyed to help her, came and sloppily chopped a big chunk of hair and called this long chunk of bang framing layers. I was checking after the cut to make sure they didn’t leave a long chunk like sometimes will happen and she assured me “it’s good enough”. ? just awful. I know it’s a $24 haircut but take some pride in your work.Service: Haircut

Website check in isn’t taken into account, you’re in line based on when you get to the store. Website always shows a low number.

Went to get a haircut and let me tell you this is the WORST haircut I have ever received. I have been to Great Clips for my haircuts most my life and this was my worst experience and makes me not want to EVER come back. First of all the lady when putting the paper around my neck was I am not kidding choking me with how tight it was around my neck making me take super deep breaths through my nose. Then cut my hair terrible she didn’t even ask how much.I wanted off and just cut 3 inches off the top. She could not understand when I would explain how I wanted a 2 around the side with the buzz. My hair is now not only cut super short it is also messed up with no layers or anything. It’s like a toddler just went to the top of hair and cut it in a not straight line. This lady should be fired. Do not come here

So, I don't have confidence in the stylist they hired. Picture says it all and my daughter's bangs were crooked.

After having a bad experience at one of Great Clips competitors it was a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by a pleasant staff and seated immediately. The haircut was what I expected it to be it was done quickly and professionally.
