Who doesn't love harbor freight? I don't know what kind of training they give their folks but it doesn't matter what city, or what harbor freight I go to, everyone who works there seems willing to drop what they're doing and help you to find what you're looking for.

Great place for tools for our trucks. Great customer service, great selection, and can’t go wrong with the prices. Icon tools are just like snap-on and carry lifetime warranty and are half the price of snap-on.

Love harbor freight! Especially Petaluma location. We all know it ain't the best of brands but you can definitely get some work done on a budget! I bought my 6" DA early last year and have detailed countless times with it. Definitely would buy it again. Love the prices too. Thinking of getting an electric pressure washer too we'll see.

Went in to take advantage of a Bauer impact tool sale. Got sidestepped on a tricky bait-and-switch which ended up with having to buy a battery to get a tool w/o charger for free. I wanted the specific tool, so then, however, I had to purchase a charger for another 38 bucks. The charger was not displayed ANYWHERE in the store, so there was no figuring out the total costs, until the cash register scene (with four old fuddy duddies in line scowling!), so it wasn't a deal at all, in the end. Beware these well researched swap-and-befuddle big box corporate scams. The employees are not to blame, though. They were pretty good - and understood the grift.

I bought the generator of my dreams here yesterday! The team at this location were exceptional from start to finish. I called multiple times before the purchase to ask all kinds of questions about it and the employee I spoke to (forget his name) went above and beyond to answer them. When I picked up the generator yesterday, the employee who rung me up was really personable and helpful and attentive. A special shoutout goes to Norman, who helped me fit the generator into my prius! It was no easy feat and he even took out his parachute rope and tied my other items to the roof rack! Thank you thank you! I'm very excited to try out my new Predator silent generator!
