I was stuck in a pickle trying to rent a car at Enterprise. So I went to Hertz instead and Bri was amazing and patient and willing to work with us and our circumstances. I would definitely recommend anyone to go Hertz! Thank you!

This is the best Hertz Car Rental location in California in terms of customer service. Brianne & Fernando are amazing and work hard to do a great job.

If you driving lyft, do not come to this place to do lyft rental. I come here and they told me that they do not have the car. They did not cancel the reservation. Lyft is worst than them that they said that my problem

I booked a car two weeks ago for a work trip I show up and they tell me the car isn’t there. There are two men sitting in office chatting while there’s one woman working and no one is offering to help her. She’s the one that has to manually wash every single car so they give me another car that I didn’t ordered. It’s filthy. There’s food on the console there other peoples trash in the car and they tell me this is the car that I have to take. I’m furious. I will never book with hertz again.

I have been renting at this locations for probably decades as I'd often rent cars when I'd be doing trips up mountains that I knew my old car couldn't handle. The staff has always been wonderful but I'd like to give a special shout to BryAnne, one of the management staff, who really went above and beyond for me when I had a ton of questions about different rental options. I am in the midst of the move so was curious about my options for bigger vehicles and was so excited to hear they do cargo vans! I think Hertz is great because they've always been straight up with their rates, I've never had any weird charges, the cars are always clean without any weird chemical smells, and they're QUICK even when there are a bunch of people waiting. I highly recommend this location for your car rental needs! Thank you, BryAnne and staff for making my move easier. I appreciate you all!

The people here are friendly and make renting a car very easy. They are conveniently located just down the street from the dealerships which is helpful if you are having your car worked on and need to rent a car quickly. I recommend these folks :)

Great service polite respectful and very helpful rental was easy to reserve and easy payment easy access Great selection of cars people were very nice and very helpful and very patient as I am quite old lol and sometimes don't understand things as well as I should but they were very patient and respectful and would recommend them to anyone also was located at easy location to get off freeway too Hertz and back on to the freeway located in Petaluma highly recommend their service and cars

Geezus!!! The customer service there is lacking!!! We got an overweight female (did not get her name), who just absolutely kept on talking!!! I arrived at 318pm and did not get to leave with my car til 406pm!!! I was the only one there at first! Like how the heck does it take that long to get a dang rental car? When NONE of that time was spent waiting in line.. it was all spent with her! She was just taking her sweet time, milking the clock I am assuming, and making horrible jokes and stopping her work to make those jokes!
Like lady!!! We had a 22hr drive ahead of us, we just wanted the car! I just wanted to pay, sign, and go. Like I always have in other places.
Aside from her.. our car had no gas. It smelled like cigarrettes. The service light turned on the next day. What the heck?!!!
Besides all that.. there was a dark-skinned man, heavy also, short, who also took his time with his customer, then went outside to take pictures and never returned to help the line that had accumulated after my arrival. Neither of them greeted those customers nor advised them that they would be right with them.
Just HORRIBLE customer service!!!
