“Honestly my favorite store to go into whenever I’m in downtown Petaluma which is a lot as a local. I’ve never not been greeted with a warm welcome which is saying a lot since I’m trans. Needless to say they are a safe space to browse around with some friends or pick up something new because have endless games/hobbies to explore. Got a vry cute spider ring that I love and thought I would finally leave a well deserved perfect review.”
“Very fun place, great worker and great atmosphere. Always willing and exited to help. I’ve literally found myself just talking to her instead of shopping. It’s great. She does take a hour-2 break which is clealry posted on the door. Anyone complaining is just flat out stupid.”
“Very sweet angels that work here they accommodated me and helped me fix my plush. My plush has a blue rose that fell off after being washed and they sewn it back on perfectly as if nothing happened. Thier shop is very aesthetic and old school giving me 1950s vibes its vintage style and really adorable. Bless both of these hardworking angels they saved my plush ?”

“I’ve been looking for a place for years that could replace the bladder on my three panel autographed football and not ruin any of the 15 autographs on it as I’ve had it for 20+ years it has been flat for probably 10 of those. They did an amazing job and a very quick turnaround time and now I finally can display the football like it was meant to be displayed. I never really thought it could be done, but it looked like nothing had been done to it and it was original. Thank you very much!”

“I had such a great experience at this Michael’s location that I felt like it deserved to be recognized. I came in last week to get balloons for my son’s birthday, and the employee who helped me, I believe her name was Erin, was absolutely outstanding!
The store had a very long line, and she handled everything with efficiency, kindness, and genuine professionalism. She kept things moving quickly while still making every customer feel acknowledged and taken care of, which is not easy to do. She got my balloon order completed much faster than I expected and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
This is actually my second interaction with her, and both times she has been extraordinarily friendly, competent, and helpful. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels both genuinely warm and highly capable at the same time, and she absolutely delivers that.

“I walked into the store curious... child of the 70's and 80's... it was a Saturday and quite busy with people perusing and purchasing and fixing.
Lots of amazing bits and bobs and the staff was incredibly friendly. Most shops selling retro games, the staff are standoffish or prickish... but here, they were friendly and helpful.
I had a question on how to connect and older device to a new TV and I was provided with ample and VERY helpful info. Thank you!!!!
