I purchased a spring collection purse from Kate Spade over 8 years ago. I brought out the signature boldly printed cross over handbag for my a special event called Havana nights. Oh my goodness I was horrified when o could not find my crossover strap. Kate Spade Petaluma - Petaluma Outlet came to the rescue. My husband was so gracious and drove me to the Outlet after driving over 4 hours to get there. Beatrice and Justine greeted me with friendly smiles and the willingness to help me. I love Kate Spade God rest her soul. Because she is smiling down on these angels that gave me peace of mind when they found a matching strap. Ladies and Gents this store and the people working in it will help you find your gift that keeps on giving from the Late KateSpade. Her Legacy lives on.... Thank you Justine and Beatrice again

We stopped by here on the way home after our wine tasting in Sonoma because someone in our group wanted to check out Kate Spade. It's a large store with mostly handbags, small accessories, jewelry and even some clothing. Although I've been thinking about getting a new purse, nothing jumped out at me during this visit. They have some cute things here, but it's not really my style. There's a Coach and Michael Kors nearby if you wanted to browse some other shops for handbags. Parking at this outlet mall is pretty easy. The mall was pretty much a ghost town when we were there. There are no restaurants. There's a couple of food trucks/carts parked off to one side, if you need some food; there's also some vending machines.

This store is beautifully designed. I really love how they have great deals, and they also provide a student discount (15%) on top of their discounted prices. Their staff for the most part is friendly. They have really fashionable and cute purses, wallets, keychains, jewlery, clothes, and etc. Highly recommend!

I am a big kate spade fan. I was super excited when this location at the Petaluma Outlets opened a couple years ago. It is located on the West end directly across from the Nike store. They have a great selection of purses and wallets in all different colors and sizes, clothes, and jewelry. All of the products are styles from previous seasons. There is always some sort of sale going on. I have purchased some cute jewelry, handbags, and ID lanyards for work. All of the products I have purchased are good quality. This store is neat, clean, and well stocked. The ladies who work here are friendly and helpful. It is my favorite outlet store.

Drove all the way to Petaluma to return this wallet i got for Christmas. After receiving my gift card the manager decided that was a good opportunity to come and tell the women helping me to "keep an eye out for people returning items they claim are Christmas gifts as those items were probably stolen" i was extremely angry since she was basically accusing me of stealing and trying to return the stolen item for store credit. I own predominantly Kate Spade items and will not visit this rude location again.

I only been here once while visiting my parents who lives in Tiburon. I wasn't expecting much from this store since it is tucked away in a small town but I was truly amaze as soon as I entered the store. It looks more of a specialty store than an outlet. Very clean and classy. The staffs were very professional and Sarah helped me find the bag I was looking for. There is also another KSNY Outlet in Napa but I'd rather come here. I can't wait to visit this store again.

I don't know what all the bitchy reviews are about, I found the service fine/good and all things on great sale... Maybe not as much election as the Gilroy version. But hey it was practically empty, so bonus points

Unfortunately, I had to select a star rating for this rating, which does not deserve even a one star due to the lack of customer service, particularly, by the assistant manager, Amanda, who was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, and arrogant. I walked in the store early this afternoon, and right away noticed the 60% off, plus 20% sale. Ok, that's doable. I picked out a tote bag, which was $219. Kate Spade's handbags are not cheap. Talya, the sales person rung up the sale, and failed to mention the tote did not qualify for the additional 20%. I reviewed the sales receipt in the car, and noticed the 20% was not taken out. Returned to the store, and Amanda, said she cannot override the system, to give me the 20%. We're talking 20% off of $88, which is $17.60. That additional 20% off is not going to break me, but it's the principle. I stated my case in that they should have informed me when I was checking out the tote did not qualify for an additional discount. Amanda responded by saying, "and that's why we have the signs". Who look at signs when you're excited and ready to make a purchase. I responded by saying, all I saw was the 60% off plus 20%. Amanda went on to say she cannot override the system, but I could call tomorrow to talk to Leslie, the store manager. I don't need to call Leslie. Amanda, as the assistant manager should have been able to take care of the sale to please the customer, but she was lazy and unwilling to help the customer. That or she does not know how to do it. I have never dealt with a store manager, assistant manager, or a lead sales person, who does not know how to override the system. Perhaps Amanda, needs additional system training. This unpleasant experience will be reported to the organization, as Kate Spade staff, particularly Amanda will benefit from additional customer service and learn how to operate their register, before putting her on the sales floor.
