Positive: the tech I had did a wonderful job, was kind, and understanding of my fear of needles. She was patient with me afterwords when I was feeling light headed. The check in process is easy, however many of the older patients there had difficulty with the electronic check in.
Negative: waiting room was very small and got crowded fast. I overheard one of the techs say they would be moving to a larger building soon which will hopefully fix that problem. Even though I had a morning appointment, they were running about 20 minutes behind. At one point two of the staff started loudly fighting with each other which was awkward/ stressful.
I would not be against going back but I would try to avoid it.

Phlebotomists (lab back area) aside, this place is about as unwelcome a place as you can get in modern medicine. Rude front office, tiny uncomfortable waiting room, horrible check in protocol and systems. I’ll drive a distance to go to a different lab next time. This is my second time here and the experience has been the same

Multiple bad experiences here - From rude service, to incorrect procedures, hearing the lab techs berate each other, and now they have LOST my results and I have to go back and re-take a 3 hour test all over again. SO FRUSTRATED. Not surprised at all to see all the other terrible reviews here.

Zero stars if I could. It was my first time here today and I was basically thrown out the door because I didn't have an order for my lab work. I was under the impression Labcorp was under the umbrella of Providence so they could easily look up orders, not the case obviously. The website and appointment scheduler needs to highlight that. However, the woman at the front desk made me feel so stupid that I didn't have an order. She didn't let me finish my sentences to explain why I was there (cheaper for my insurance) and tried to show her my ongoing lab work in the Providence app. "For OBVIOUS reasons I can't take that information from your phone" ..." OK so what do I need to do?" She slaps a business card down with the fax number, telling me I need to my call doctor's office and have them fax the order over. My doctor's office is very small and busy all the time, I didn't want to wait for that. So, she pushed me out the door like I was nobody with no appointment. Obviously she hates her job, but there is no excuse to be rude to first timers. The approach could have been so much better. Never again.

I came here for a scheduled test that I was fasting 12 hours for. (3hr glucose test) I was told I needed to come back in an hour or so since the tech needed to take her lunch. Nobody else was there to help. Already hungry and waiting more when I waited already 20 mins to be called… I wish I was notified or appointment was canceled/resheduled. I do not blame the tech but the company. I read the other reviews and was nervous already about the time management before arriving. I also commuted from Marin. Waste of time and I feel bad for the worker doing it all on her own.

Zero stars. They suck. Made an appointment online, received confirmation via text and email. Showed up 15 minutes early as instructed but could not check in using link provided. The door was locked with no answer. I was finally able to find a customer service number and left a message. Next was able to locate an 800 number, and after waiting 10 minutes was able to speak to a CSR who was unable to internally contact with LabCorp customer service. I made an appointment so I wouldn't need to wait around after blocking out my work calendar. Unfortunately I was forced to go to LabCorp by my primary care doctor for routine blood work. Wish there were other choices available.

I use to think they were the best. No more they are close without notice for days:week. They have appointments swear they will be open and you show up only to find out they aren't open. They need to staff Petaluma for all of the people who need them. Novato or Santa Rosa are not options for a lot of people. If you allow scheduling on line then you be there and opened. If you aren't going to be there have the decency to call people. We have counted on you for years. Not anymore until you get it together.

About 10 people waiting. One person working. The phone ringing off the hook. Disaster of a labcorp location.

Had a terrible experience as a professional this is unacceptable if you don't like your job quit, and you should leave and find something that doesn't make you miserable. No help at all, excusatory and dismissive. Went in to resolve insurance billing issue and turned away with no help and a $1300 bill for a simply metabolic panel that was done. This an unacceptable way to communicate with your community me being in the medical field not ok at all ! Im blown away how terribly I was treated!!! These people there are terrible worst experience ever !!

I’ve had to deal with labcorp a few times already to take a drug screening. They’re horrible. Wait time was ridiculous, and then they claimed my sample was diluted. Went to this location and it was closed but of course they didn’t update their hours. Now I have to drive to Santa Rosa again.

Overbooking people with ridiculous wait times. Why even take appointments? Make sure you make your appt at like 9am so they can get to you around 1….super convenient.

Scheduled an appointment with their website for 10:30am on a Tuesday. Arrived at 10:30 to find waiting room [very tiny] with all four seats full, and 2 more waiting outside. With 6 people ahead of me it would be over 45 minutes to get serviced. This office surely does not know how to schedule people.
