Got here at 6pm tge doors are closed and locked. They are suppose to close at 7. No one is in the store and the doors are locked.

Don’t shop here if you’d like a pet friendly store. Stopped here on our way to Mendocino and was in their store for probably about 30 minutes before they approached and said our elderly dog was not allowed.

The friendliest staff and most well organized store in the entire outlet mall, and maybe the county. All the shelves and racks were actually organized by size!

Extremely Poor and Rude Management .
I purchased a jacket,, a pair of jeans, and a belt on Saturday, took them home to try them on and realized they did not fit properly.. . I returned to the store with the Three item, the receipt, and debit card I purchased the items in hand.
The items were in pristine folded condition, as they had not been worn only tried on. The manager came over and said sorry, (straight faced, no remorse, no sincerity) that she would not return them because the items did not have all of the tags on them.
I’ve spent many hundreds of dollars over the last year or so purchasing Levi’s clothing and a simple search of my name would have shown that I am a loyal customer..
I made the mistake thinking that Levi’s was a different kind of company that stepped by their customers, but now I realize that they’re just like everybody else hiring management and people that protect the corporate bottom line against all rather than retaining connection with local customers.
I will be buying all my Levi’s secondhand from now on if I ever buy any again.

We were greeted when we entered, the day’s specials were announced but many products had no prices displayed. You can clearly see the price of the clearance but not the other items.

When I first went into the store, i waited only a few minutes in line, when another sales associate representative, asked me “have you been helped? Do you have a return? (since I had a bag in my hands) I said yes and the lady sent Brenda to help me out. Brenda provided exceptional customer service, she was friendly, professional, and quick. I really appreciated her help and appreciated that they also respected and valued my time. They also provide 15% student discount, military discount, and etc. Nice, clean, and organized store. Also, cute selections of tops and good deals on jeans i love their BOGO sales.

Today, May 29, I went out of my way to drive up to the store in Petaluma to return an item--The only day I had to do this due to work and other commitments. I drove about an hour to get there only to find the store is CLOSED due to staffing issues. Yet There were THREE people inside working!! including a manager who could have done my return, but wouldn't accommodate my request. Later, I called the store to hear the store hours recording and also try to reach a sales associate just to see if they ever notify people this way. Nope. No one picked up and there was no information about the store being closed on the recorded line. So the only way anybody could've ever known that the store was closed is if they drove up there like I did and saw the posted sign with three people milling around. That is super crappy customer service. And I still have my item to return. :(
